In this paper,the effects of different nitrogen concentration,nutrient solution concentration and photoperiod on the growth and quality of soilless Water Dropwort were studied.The results were as follows:1.Experiments have different nitrogen concentrations,with total nitrogen concentration of the nutrient solution 7.67 mmol·L-1as the antitheses?CK?,set up 6gradients:0 mmol·L-1?T1?,1.67 mmol·L-1?T2?,4.67 mmol·L-1?T3?,10.67mmol·L-1?T4?,13.67 mmol·L-1?T5?,16.67 mmol·L-1?T6?.Analyzing the plant height,stem thickness,leaf number growth change,root structure,soluble sugar,soluble protein,content of vitamin C,output,fresh weight and dry weight,leaf microstructure and other indicators.The experiment results presented that under different nitrogen concentration treatments,there were marked differences among the experimental data.The dry matter accumulation reached the highest when the nitrogen concentration was 13.67 mmol·L-1,and was marked higher than other treatments;the contents of vitamin C,soluble protein and total flavonoids were highest when the nitrogen concentration is 13.67 mmol·L-1.Therefore,the overall effect is best when the nitrogen level is 13.67 mmol·L-1.2.Different nitrogen solution concentration experiments were based on 1 times?CK?of Japanese dropwort nutrient solution,with 3 concentration gradients respectively:0.5 times?T1?,1.5 times?T2?,and 2 times?T3?.Researching the changes in plant growth,root structure,quality,leaf photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content,microstructure and yield other changes under different concentrations.The results showed that when the concentration of nutrient solution?1.5 times,the higher the concentration of nutrient solution,the better the growth character and quality of water dropwort,while when the concentration of nutrient solution?1.5 times,The yield and quality of water dropwort decreased with the increase of nutrient solution concentration.Nitrate content showed a trend of increasing.It is found that the treatment of 1.5 times concentration nutrient solution can improve the overall quality of water dropwort and had good application value in the same time.3.The experiment utilized LED lights as the light source in the plant factory laboratory,and irradiated the water dropwort with different photoperiod in 24 hours,a total of 4 light/dark alternate treatments:3.5 h/2.5 h,7 h/5 h,14 h/10 h,10 h/14 h,the growth indicators,photosynthetic pigment,total flavonoids,protein,vitamin C and determine nitrate content,and explored the influence of light on the growth and quality of water dropwort.The experiment results showed that under the same conditions,the light irradiates time was extended from 10 hours?10 h/14 h?to 14hours?7 h/5 h?,which was beneficial to enhance the stem length of water dropwort,increased the output and polish up the plant quality.
