Corn stover is one of the leading waste in agriculture, processing is bad to can lead to all sorts of problems,at the same time, the maize straw contains a lot of nutrients, straw returned can improve soil, increase crop yield in this experiment to fermentation temperature as a filter condition, development of maize straw organic fertilizer, select the best starter cultures, nitrogen source and optimum water content in straw organic fertilizer partly replace urea fertilization field experiment was carried out,the different fertilizer treatments on maize growth and yield of the main results are as follows1.Through the single factor experiment to study the influencing factors of the production of straw organic fertilizer, the best starter is selected as organic material starter, the best nitrogen source is soybean meal, and the best water addition is 5 L.The multi-factor orthogonal test of three factors and three levels shows that for every 50 liters of straw organic fertilizer, the best amount of organic starter is 5 ml,the best amount of soybean meal is 60 g,and the best amount of water is 5 L.2.Use straw organic fertilizer to partially replace urea, conduct corn field fertilization experiment, replace urea with straw organic fertilizer from 0% to 100%,and use no fertilizer as a control.Under the condition that the total amount of fertilization remains unchanged,one-time fertilization according to the base fertilizer.Apply fertilizer twice at the base fertilizer and seedling stage, and fertilize three times at the base fertilizer, seedling stage and jointing stage. Then the maize plant height and the number of unfolded leaves were measured at the seedling stage, jointing stage, and tasseling stage. The test results showed that as the ratio of straw organic fertilizer to urea increased, the plant height and the number of expanded leaves gradually increased. When the straw organic fertilizer replaced urea by 80%(240g+1.2g),both the plant height and the number of expanded leaves reached the maximum.3.Partially replace urea with straw organic fertilizer to study the influence of different fertilization treatments on corn yield related indexes.Maize is harvested by classification after mature, and the ear length, ear thickness, ear weight, number of rows, number of rows,100-kernel weight, and total kernel weight of corn are measured. The test results show that as the ratio of straw organic fertilizer to replace urea increases, the above-mentioned yield-related indicators continue to increase. When the ratio of straw organic fertilizer to urea is 80%(240g+1.2g),the above indicators reach the maximum value and the corn yield is the highest.4.Use straw organic fertilizer instead of urea to study the effect of different fertilization treatments on the protein content of corn kernels. The test results show that when 80%(240g+1.2g) of urea is replaced by straw organic fertilizer, the protein content in corn kernels is the highest. It shows that replacing urea with organic fertilizer can not onlyincrease corn yield, but also increase the protein nutritional value of corn kernels.5.When the straw organic fertilizer replaces 80%(240g+1.2g) of urea,it is applied as a base fertilizer at one time, which has the best promotion effect on corn plant height, unfolded leaves,yield-related indicators and grain protein content, and is better than two and three fertilization. For the above indicators, the watering treatment group is better than the non-watering treatment group.Water not only directly promotes the growth of corn, but also promotes the continuous fermentation of straw organic fertilizer in the soil, improves soil fertility, and improves corn yield and quality. Therefore, making organic fertilizer from corn stalks and partially replacing urea with organic stalks and returning to farmland can not only effectively treat corn stalks, but also increase corn yield and quality, and improve economic and social benefits.
