National Evaluation Of Proper Varieties Of Baihe Gujin Concentrated Pill Quality Research

In order to let the patients who was Lung and Kidney Yin Deficiency and syndrome of flaring up of deficient fire carry the medicine easily and absorbs quickly,some pharmacy researchers developed baihe gujin concentrated pill,which is based on the baihe gujin decoction and modern Chinese medicine technology.Baihe Gujin concentrated pill is composed of Bulbus Lilii,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Scrophulariae,Angelica Sinensis,Radices paeoniae Alba,Fritillaria roylei Hooker,Platycodon grandiflorum,and Liquiritiae radix.The current standard of Baihe Gujin concentrated pill is the Ch.P(2010),which provides the methods to measure the pill's quality by doing character identification,microscopic identification,TLC,determination and so on.However,the current standard still has some shortages in the quality control of baihe gujin concentrated pill.The purpose of this paper is to point out these shortages and find some ways in the quality control.1.Conpared with the Ch.P(2010),The experiment of this paper added TLC indentification of the Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Radix Scrophulariae,Radices paeoniae Alba,Fritillaria roylei Hooker and Platycodon grandiflorum,in the Baihe Gujin concentrated pills.This TLC method is pertinent and easy to operate.Hence,we suggest adding this method into the standard.2.In view of the limitations of a single component content determination of index,we used HPLC-DAD gradient elution method and on-line Wavelength switching technology to determine the six major components in Baihe Gujin pills.The result showed this method performs well in the linear range with R>0.998.This method could use as the principal component analysis in the experimental results with multiple indexes content determination and evaluate the products' quality of the enterprises.3.After evaluated the products' quality,this paper also generated the patterns of Baihe Gujin concentrated pill fingerprint samples,takes the corresponding similarity evaluation,evaluated the products' quality in macro-perspective,and deals the clustering analysis according to the common peak relative peak area of Baihe Gujin concentrated pills.The software we used in this paper is the chromatographic fingerprint evaluation system software(2004,A),which is recommended by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission.The standard of Baihe Gujin concentrated pill listed in this project is simple,specific,and reproducible.This standard finded the quality evaluation system of Baihe Gujin concentrated pill,improved the quality of the Baihe Gujin pill control mode,and control the quality of Baihe Gujin pill more effectively.
