Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Based on the study of health status and health influence factors of Jinchang cohort,to observe both in prevalence and incidence level;Andalso analyze the influence of hyperuricemia from living behavior,physiological and biochemical indexes,and occupational exposure.Anticipate to provide some theory evidence for both in the policymaking and also the provention of Hyperuricemia.Methods:This study is based on Jinchang cohort which is built by the people who was exposed by nickle occupational career,by the methods of spot epidemiology investigation and physiological and biochemical indexes study to analze the topography of hyperuricemia prevalence And hyperuricermia incidence;And also use the general-linear model to analyze the influence factors of HUA.Results:1.The prevalence of Jinchang cohort is 13.58%,17.13%for male group,7.71%for femal group.Among all kinds groups of people,the group who,s age is among 70 has the biggest share,which is 20.55%,below 30 age group is in the second place,which is 17.33%;Among all the male groups,The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia goes up wlith income level and educational level,while during all the female groups,the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia declined with the risen of educational leve.And also based on the results of this research,the prevalence rate of Jinchang cohort has a strong connection with BMI index,cholesterol concentrations,LDL level,HDL level.2.The incidence rate of Jinchang cohort during two years is 2.21%,2.49%for the male group and 1.63%for the female group.Age of onset concertrated in the older age group and the middle-age group,alchole using and exercise have the influence on hyeruricemia incedence,and also the incidence rate of Jinchang cohort has a strong connection with abdominal obesity and dyslipidemia.3.The independent factors of hyperuricemia in Jinchang cohort is:sex(Es=-75.560,p<0.001),age(Es-1.092,p<0.001),occupation(Es=12.841,p<0.000),dietary habit(Es=-4.674,p=0.0144),BMI index(Es=4.650,p<0.001),triglyceride(Es=4.771,p<0.001),cholesterol(Es=5.204,p<0.001),HDL(Es=-7.399,p=0.0014).After grouping the people by occupation,we found that the independent factors of worker group is:sex(Es=75.730,p<0.001),age(Es=-1.235,p<0.001),alcohol drinking(Es=12.933,p=0.0036),BMI index(Es=4.627,p<0.001),triglyceride(Es=4·845,p<0.001),cholesterol(Es=5.018,p=0.0004),HDL(Es=-7.553,p=0.00260);The independent factors of non-worker group is:sex(Es=-75.119,p<0.001),alcohol drinking(Es=-25.537,p=0.0135),dietary habit(Es=-10.193,p=0.0384),BMI index(Es=4.928,p<O.001),triglyceride(Es=4.425,p=0.0018).4.The interacive factors of hyeruricemia in Jinchang cohort is:sex*LDL(Es=3.829,p=0.0246<0.05),age*occupation(Es=0.925,p<0.0001),age*cholesterol(s=0.259,p<0.0001),age*LDL(Es=-0.170,p=0.0117),worker*non-drinking(Es=-22.711,p=0.0298),non-worker*achohol drinking(Es=12.057,p=0.0073),BMI index*triglyceride(Es=0.950,p<0.0001),triglyceride*cholesterol(Es=-2.966,p<0.0001);The interactive factors of hyperuricemia for worker group is:age*cholesterol(Es=0.396,P=0.0253<0.05),age*LDL(Es=-0.506,p=0.0265<0.05),triglyceride*cholesterol(Es=-1.413,p<0.0001)and triglyceride*HDL(Es=6.747,p=0.0001<0.05);The interactive factors of hyoeruricemia for non-worker group is:age*BMI index(Es=-0.166,p=0.0253<0.05),age*triglyceride(Es=-0.396,p=0.0109<0.05)and age*LDL(Es=-1.614,p=0.0101<0.05).Conclusion:1.The level of hyperuricemia prevalence rate is above the average level in china,;male group,climacteric female group,metabolism disorder of lipid group,achohol dringking group and incorrect components of diet group have more risk to suffer from hyperuircemia.2.It’s already presented a younger tendency of hyperuricemia in Jinchang cohort,this phenomenon reminds us that:it is in urgent need to promote the health education of hyperuricemia among young people to reduce the disease burden of hyperuricemia related disease in the future.3.Hyperuricemia is highly related with lipid metabolic disturbance,diabetes,hypertension and cerebal ischemic stroke.
