Electrocardiogram(ECG)technique plays an important role in the study of the mechanism of arrhythmia.For like atrial fibrillation(AF)and arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy(ARVC),which have complex etiologies and maintenance mechanisms of arrhythmic disease,it is an effective method to study and analyze intermal mechanism of cardiac electrical activity by means of ECG mapping.The first main content in this paper is to study the automatic analysis of cardiac activations characterized by the electrical signal.We proposed an improved algorithm called local barycenter algorithm(ILB),which could identify each AF waveform and extract its activation sequences more accurately compared with the traditional local algorithm(LB).So far China has been a population of about 8 million of patients with AF,only next to the amount of hypertension and coronary heart disease.AF is the most common kind of arrhythmia in China.Due to the incidence of AF increasing with age,the nrunber of cases would increase two to three times in the next 20 to 30 years with the coming of aging society.Besides,the recurrence rate of AF is high and it is difficult to cure,so it is urgent to put forward a demand for the study of AF mechanism.This paper is based on the National Natural Science Fund called "the study of the relation between atrial electrical synchrony and vulnerability in the recurrence mechanism of atrial fibrillation".ECG with fast,direct and common features can show the characteristics of atrial activation.There has been not a unified method to locate local activation time(LAT)in AF while locating LAT accurately is essential to map ECG in arrhythmia and is auxiliary reference to locate local AF driver so as to achieve high effective ablation.The another research is to study phenotypic progression of arhythmia in ARVC disease.At present,sudden cardiac death(SCD)in China is about 41.84/100 thousand.If we evaluate the population as 1.3 billion,then there are 544 thousand people dying for SCD every year which is ahead of other countries.The most crucial thing is that the success rate of rescuing cardiac death in China is less than 1%.As a reason of SCD,the investigation of ARVC mechanism is significant.This paper established a suppression of desmoglein 2(DSG2)-ARVC mice model,then a Matlab graphical user interface(GUI)software system was built for displaying,processing and analyzing signals,our statistics and analysis of the phenotype of mice combined epicardial electrogram with the body surface ECG which supplied a direct disease animal model for further revealing the mechanism of ARVC.The success of epicardial electrophysiology mapping supplied a simple vivo mapping method for the electrophysiological detection of ARVC related gene mutation rats models.
