Objective Observe the color,hardness and thickness,the thickness scar,hypertrophic index and the expression of TGF-β1.To explore the effect and mechanism of Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser combination with the triptolide ointment in treating hypertrophic scars of rabbit ear)Methods ①To establish animal model of rabbit ear hypertrophic scar and randomly divided them into five groups,each group two rabbit.Group A as the blank control group,group B of triptolide ointment in treatment group,group C for Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser treatment group,group D for Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser in combination the triptolide ointment treatment group,the group E Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream Hirudoid treatment group.②To observe the effect of each groups after a month.③Then the thickness of each scar in the scar tissue were measured and hypertrophic index were counted,as well as the expression of TGF-β1 were detected with ELISA method.Results ①The rabbit ear hypertrophic scar of Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser in combination with triptolide ointment color were close to the surrounding normal skin,the scar tissue hardness,flexibility were similarity to the normal tissue,flexibility likes normal tissue.Scar recovery was significantly better than the control group.② The experimental results show that the measure value thickness of each scar in the scar tissue in Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser in combination with triptolide ointment was the lowest.The measure value thickness of each scar and hypertrophic index of triptolide ointment group,Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser group and Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream group all lower than the blank control group,the measure value thickness of each scar and hypertrophic index in the blank control group has no obviously change.The differences between group Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser and Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream are had no statistical significance(p>0.05),and the differences between other groups had statistical significance(p<0.05).·③The expression of TGF-β1 in the scar tissue treated with Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser in combination with triptolide ointment was the lowest,and there were significant statisifical differemce between each group.p<0.05)Conclusion The effect of Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser in combination with triptolide ointment in treating rabbit ear hypertrophic scar is to obviously improve the color,hardness and thickness of scar,and significantly decrease car hypertrophic index and TGF-β1 expression.It was proved that the mechniam of promoting the scar tissue and inhibiting scar development with Er:YAG2940nm fractional laser in combination with triptolide ointment was reducing the TGF-β1 expression in scar tissue. |
