Objective:To investigate the key changes of brain function in patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy?MHE?by three-dimensional arterial spin labeling?3D-pCASL?MRI combined with resting-state functional magnetic resonance?rs-fMRI?imaging.and explore the significant relevant of abnormality in brain with neuropsychological test scores and liver function Child-Pugh grading, which provides important clues for the pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis of MHE and to explore the clinical application of3D-pCASL combined with rs-fMRI in MHE.Methods:Seventeen MHE patients and 17 healthy controls?HC?were enrolled and underwent 3.0T MRI scan?GE DISCOVERY MR 750?with the sequence of 3D-pCASL and rs-fMRI.The 3D-pCASL sequence would produce a graph of cerebral blood flow perfusion?CBF?for each subjects and all images were processed by the use of SPM8 toolkit. And the rs-fMRI images were processed by the software package of SPM8,DPARSFv4.3and REST1.8 on the background of MATLAB2012 to obtain low frequency amplitude?ALFF?activation maps for all subjects at the rest state. The statistical difference of CBF and ALFF between the patients of MHE and HC was analyzed respectively by two independent samples t-test(P...
