Clinical Research On The Efficacy Of Jianpi YiQi Decoction In Treating RA-ILD Of Pulmonary And Spleen Qi Asthenia Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi YiQi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary and spleen in patients with Qi deficiency with ILD,so as to provide a new method for the treatment of RA-ILD.Methods: 60 cases of first treatment pulmonary and spleen in patients with Qi deficiency with ILD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,earch of 30 cases.All of cases were came from the Rheumatology and Nephropathy Department of GuangXi TCM university Hospital from Nov.1,2016 to Oct.30,2017.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate and cyclophosphamide(CTX),while the treatment group was treated with Jianpi YiQi Decoction based on the therapy of control group.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Observation indexes:before ad after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,DAS28,HAQ,CRP,ESR and HRCT lung imaging changes,pulmonary function before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reations.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total efficiency of treatment group was 86% while control group was 70%,there was significant difference between two groups(p<0.05).(2)Before and after treatment,the comparison of TCM syndromes was significantly decreased(p<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).(3)Treatment before DAS28,HAQ,CRP,ESR compared with after treatment,western medicine disease activity score in both group were improved(p<0.01),earlier and the teatment group was better than the control group(p<0.01 or p<0.05).(4)In the two groups,the basic disease activity and immunological indicators were compared,and there was no significant difference in RF and CCP between two groups(p>0.05).(5)The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the teatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(6)HRCT changs in the two groups were compared with those before treatment,and HRCT scores in the teatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(p <0.01),while the control group showed significant difference(p >0.05).Compared with the control group,the HRCT score of the teatment group decreased,and the overall improvement rate of imaging was better than that of the control group.(p < 0.05).(7)Before and after the teatment,the HRCT score of the chest was lower than before,There was no significant difference in FVC and DLCO between two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Yi Qi Decoction combined with western medicine treatment of lung sleep-deficiency RA-ILD,than simply used western medicine,the clinical symptons,improved anemia,renal function,the clinical manifestation,disease activity score and laboratory index curative effect was better,at the same time had good security,ni obvious side effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
