Objective:To study the effects of palmitic acid on myocardial fibroblasts and the related effects of Collagen??TGF-??AKT and TLR4 pathways,Methods:After digestion with 0.1%collagen protease in the heart of SD rats for 1-3 days,myocardial fibroblasts were cultured in 6 holes with the same volume by means of differential wall fixation,and the results were expressed in Collagen ?,TGF-?.AKT?TLR4 by Western blot.Results:1.The expression of Collagen I protein in Angll group was significantly higher tha n that in control group(P<0.01),The expression of Collagen I protein in Ang?+PA group w as significantly higher than that in Angll group(P<0.05),and the expression of Collagen? p rotein in Ang?+PA+Los group was significantly lower than that in Ang?+PA group(P<0.05).2.The expression of TGF-? protein in Ang? group was significantly higher than that in c ontrol group(P<0.05),and the expression of TGF-? protein in Ang?+PA group was signific antly higher than that in Ang? group(P<0.05),and the expression of TGF-? protein in An g?+PA+Los group was significantly lower than that in Ang?+PA group(P<0.05).3.There w as no significant difference in the expression of AKT protein between the four groups(P>0.05).4.The expression of TLR4 protein in Angll group was significantly higher than that i n control group(P<0.05),The expression of TLR4 protein in Ang?+PA group was significan tly higher than that in Angll group(P<0.05),and the expression of TLR4 protein in Angll+PA+Los group was lower than that in Ang?+PA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Angll can induce the proliferation of myocardial fibroblasts by enhancing C ollagen ??TGF-? and TLR4 protein expression,and there is no effect of AKT protein on myocardial fibroblasts.2.Palmitic acid has a greater effect on the expression of Angll indu ced myocardial fibroblasts through Collagen ?,TGF-? and TLR4 with no effect in AKT.
