Objective:This study was guided by the concept of evidence-based nursing, and treats the breast cancer patients with care bundles intervention. Objective:understand the quality of life,self-perceived burden, ability of daily living, psychological distress, range of motion and social support of breast cancer patients.Evaluates the changes of quality of life, range of motion and psychological distress before and after care bundles intervention in postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer.to proved the basis for breast cancer patients in improving the quality of life, ability of daily living, range of motion, and reducing the burden of self-perceived,psychological distress. Methods:This study belongs to the category of experimental study.Through reading a large number of literatures,3-5 operations with simple operational interoperable and evidence-based characteristics were collected to form a nursing program. The convenience sampling method was used to select the hospitalized patients from June 2017 to December 2017 of a Yanji third Class A Hospital.the questionnaire investigation and intervention were performed.Control group:the inpatients, hospitalized from June to August, were selected to carry out routine basic nursing measures.Intervention group:Selected inpatients from September to December to carry out care bundles intervention. The data of the first, second and third chemotherapy after intervention were collected. The changes of quality of life,self-perceived burden, ability of daily living, range of motion and psychological distress were measured repeatedly before and after intervention in the intervention group. The statistical software SPSS22.0 is used to analyze the data.Results:(1)The quality of life in breast cancer patients was low before intervention.80.2%of the patients were in a moderate self sense burden. The patients' ability of daily living was in mild disorder;77.2%of the breast cancer patients have obvious psychological distress. The function of range of motion was decreased after operation.(2)T test of mean scores of quality of life score in two groups after intervention(T=-2.107,P<0.05),and the time effect of repeated measurement analysis of variance in intervention group(F =5.660,P<0.05),have statistical significance.(3)T test of self-perceived burden score in two groups after intervention(T=2.205,P<0.05),and the time effect of repeated measurement analysis of variance in intervention group(F=41.700,P<0.05),have statistical significance.(4)T test of ability of daily living scores in two groups after intervention(T=-2.309,P<0.05),and the time effect of repeated measurement analysis of variance in intervention group(F=108.122,P<0.05),have statistical significance.(5)T test of psychological distress scores in two groups after intervention(T=2.215,P<0.05),and the time effect of repeated measurement analysis of variance in intervention group(F =24.987,P<0.05),have statistical significance.(6)T-test of range of motion score in two groups after intervention(T=-2.145,P<0.05),and the time effect of repeated measurement analysis of variance in intervention group(F=415.896,P<0.05),have statistical significance.Conclusions:(1)Care bundles intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy, including physical function, psychological function and social function.(2)Care bundles intervention can significantly reduce the self-feeling burden of breast cancer patients, including body burden, emotional burden and economic burden.(3)Care bundles intervention can effectively improve the ability of daily living of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy, including dressing and modification.(4)Care bundles intervention can significantly reduce the psychological distress caused by the disease itself and also can significantly reduce the depression caused by the treatment of patients with chemotherapy after breast cancer operation.(5)Care bundles intervention can significantly improve the range of motion of the affected limbs and promote the recovery of shoulder function in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.
