| Objective:This study was to compare the differences in clinical efficacy,total effective rate and other aspects between internal Chinese medicine treatment and Chinese medicine umbilical therapy for chronic gastritis.It aims to find out the advantage of external Chinese medicine treatment for chronic gastritis.Methods:30 patients from Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM with chronic gastritis caused by insufficiency of spleen-YANG was divided into two groups,each group of 15,with the help of random number table method.Among them,the control group was treated with "aconitum pill",while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine umbilical therapy on the basis of this internal medicine.4 weeks later,the indexes of TCM syndrome score and total efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Before and after the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of observation group are(45.87±6.70)and(11.80±5.86)points.And the control group are(44.13±7.71)and(22.67±5.15)points.After the treatment,symptoms of both groups were improved than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was clear that the improvement of symptoms of the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate of observation group was93.3%,significantly higher than 53.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine umbilical treatment for chronic gastritis is remarkable,which is convenient,safe and worth being promoted. |
