Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the combined detection of multiple tumor markers CEA,CA199,AFP in patients with colorectal cancer and to evaluate the clinical significance of detecting pathological stage.To assess the clinical value of the silica-agarose photonic beads in the diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:Total 88 patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by colonoscopy or surgical pathology were collected from Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from January 2015 to September 2015.There were 92 patients with benign colorectal diseases in the same period.CEA,CA199 and AFP were detected by CLIA assay,and the value of combined detection of three tumor markers in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and the correlation with TNM staging of colorectal cancer were analyzed.At the same time,a new technology which based on the silica photonic crystal provided by bioelectronics of Southeast University of silica-agarose photonic beads array activated by epichlorohydrin was used to combined detect the CEA and AFP of colorectal cancer patients.A comparison between the S APBs array and commercial CLIA was performed as consistency statistical analysis.Results:1.The serum CEA,CA199 between colorectal cancer group and colorectal benign disease group were statistically different(P<0.01),AFP levels no significant difference(P>0.05),compared with the separate test,three tumor markers Joint detection has a higher diagnostic value;2.The level of joint detection and colorectal cancer staging,the higher the positive expression level suggest that the later stage;3.Combined detection of CEA and AFP based on silica-agarose photonic beads has consistency with CLIA method.Conclusion:1.In colorectal cancer screening,the accuracy of combined detection of AFP,CEA and CA199 is higher than a single tumor marker detection;2.The level of joint detection and colorectal cancer staging,the higher the positive expression level suggest that the later stage;3.Silica-agarose photonic beads technology can be used for colorectal cancer early screening.
