The Effect Of Warming Kidney And Dredging Collaterals On Clinical Efficacy And Urinary C5b-9 In Patients With Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy Due To Deficiency Of Kidney Yang And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of warming kidney and dredging collaterals of kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis type in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN),and it was proved to improve the clinical syndrome of TCM,24 hours urine protein quantitative,serum albumin(ALb),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and urinary C5b-9 content,and provide new ideas and clinical basis for the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with deficiency of kidney yang and blood stasis.Method:By using the simple random sampling method,the clinical pathological diagnosis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy and 60 cases of IMN patients without glucocorticoid and immunosuppressive agents,which belong to the TCM syndrome of kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which belong to the TCM syndrome of kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,were divided into 2 groups randomly,A group:Jinshui Bao capsule+routine basic treatment group(control group);group B:Jinshui Bao capsule+Jinkui kidney qi pill combined with the traditional basic treatment group(treatment group),30 cases in each group.There was no statistically significant difference in sex,age in each group(P>0.05).This study sought the consent of the patient and was reviewed by the hospital ethics committee.Result:The clinical results of the analysis showed that,compared with the control group,no significant difference in the treatment group,Scr、BUN(P>0.05);changes in the overall efficacy,Jinshui Bao capsule+Jinkuishenqi pill combined with Taohongsiwu Decoction plus conventional the traditional basic treatment of kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis type has obvious curative effect in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy,treatment group total efficiency of 83.3%(25/30),the control group was 60%(18/30),there was significant difference between two groups(X~2=60.000,P<0.01);the TCM syndrome score,the treatment group(8.50+6.40)and control group(14.86+8.50)compared to the integral of TCM syndrome,by t test,P=0.002<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The improvement in biochemical index,compared with the control group,the treatment group ALb[(33.5+7.95)than g/L(28.8+6.10)g/L,t=2.569]was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.01);treatment group 24h urine protein[(2.40+0.92)than g/24h(3.60+2.3)g/24h,t=2.653],the contents of C5b-9 in urine[(42.5+17.50)than ng/mg(71+25.2)ng/mg,t=5.088]levels lower than the conventional treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jinshui Bao capsule+Jinkui kidney qi pill+the traditional basic treatment combined with Warm kidney and collaterals can improve kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis type of idiopathic membranous nephropathy in patients with lower extremity edema,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,nocturia,aversion to cold,vein blood stasis,dysmenorrhea and menstrual blood black amenorrhea,dark purple tongue and tongue petechia showed significantly increased serum albumin level decreased 24 hours urine protein level and urine C5b-9 content.
