Objective: To explore the effect of virtual reality technology combined manual operation on the function of upper limb movement in patients with hemiplegia of cerebral apoplexy, and provide reference for early treatment intervention of patients with cerebral pawn. Methods: A total of 40 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia as the research object in the neurology Dept.of changzhou DeAn hospital from January 2016 to August 2017,who were according to the digital table method were randomly divided into research group and the control group,20 cases in each group.Give neurology conventional drug treatment in both groups, mainly including antiplatelet therapy, improve brain circulation treatment, nutrition, nerve, etc.,in addition to basic diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes actively to symptomatic treatment.Aiming at the function of hand and upper limb dysfunction in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, the control group was trained in manual operation, and the research group took virtual reality technology and manual operation training combined therapy. Two groups of treatment 1 times a day, every time 30 min,6 times per week, last 3 weeks after treatment, application Fugl-Meyer scale in the upper limb movement function part, modified Barthel index and simple upper limb function scale(STEF)and nerve function defect assessment scale(NIHSS)scores, were evaluated before and after treatment two group of patients with upper limb function, daily life activities ability and hands and arms refinement activity changes. After three months, the modified RANKIN scale(mRS)was used to evaluate the disability of the two groups.Results:(1)Research group and control group patients in age,sex ratio, disease progression,TOAST classification, classification of OCSP classification,NIHSS score and MMSE baseline data comparison, there were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)After 3 weeks of treatment, the Fugl-Meyer upper limb function score,STEF score,FMBI score of the study group were significantly higher than those before treatment,NIHSS score of the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(49.27±3.54 VS 33.51±3.10,P=0.000;67.23±7.16 VS 35.76±4.05,P=0.000;72.04±7.52 VS 42.46±5.43,P=0.000;10.52±6.54 VS 12.63±5.31,P=0.005);(3)3 weeks after treatment, control group patients Fugl-Meyer upper limb function score,STEF score,FMBI score was also have increased significantly,NIHSS score of the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(41.32±5.28 VS 32.97±4.13,P=0.002;60.03±8.16 VS 35.84±3.87,P=0.000;65.71±6.45 VS 43.11±4.25,P=0.000;11.05±7.23 VS 12.84±6.19,P=0.016);(4)Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with Fugl-Meyer upper limb function score,STEF score,FMBI score and NIHSS score(P=0.747,P=0.705,P=0.892,P=0.465).After 3 weeks of treatment, the Fugl-Meyer upper limb functional score,STEF score and FMBI score in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(49.27±3.54 VS 41.32±5.28,P=0.000;67.23±7.16 VS 60.03±8.16,P=0.003;72.04±7.52 VS 65.71±6.45,P=0.000),NIHSS score in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(10.52±6.54 VS 11.05±7.23,P=0.022).(5)During the three months of follow-up,mRS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(2.75±0.54 VS 3.17±0.63,P=0.009).Conclusions Compared with the pure manual work training treatment, joint VR technology can more effectively promote the restructuring of the brain function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke,is beneficial to patients with upper limb functional recovery, especially helpful to improve patients' hands and arms refinement activities and daily life activities ability, improve the prognosis of patients and quality of life after stroke.
