Objective: This study is to investigate the impact between the polymorphism of CETP Taq IB and I405 V,lipid metabolism,and coronary heart disease(CHD)among the Han nationality of Qingdao area.Especially investigate the impact between the polymorphism of CETP and coronary artery disease.To show a evidence for the risk of coronary artery disease in gene area.Methods:Select the paitents who were admitted to coronary angiography or coronary CT angiography in Qingdao Municipal Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017,amount to 381 paitents.According to the result of the coronary angiography classifide into case group(n=244)and normal control group(n=137).And use the Mass Array method to measure the genotype and polymorphism of Taq IB and I405 V.Get the Blood lipid level of the paitents.Then analyze the result to know the relationship between the polymorphism of CETP and coronary artery disease.Results: 1.CETP Taq IB genotype: B1B1 n=129?B1B2 n=177?B2B2 n=74.In the case group: B1B1 n=74?B1B2 n=114?B2B2 n=56.In the control group: B1B1 n=55?B1B2 n=63?B2B2 n=18.The genotype frequency: B1B1 33.95%,B1B2 46.58%,B2B2 19.47%.2.CETP I405 V genotype: II n=107?IV n=172?VV n=96.In the case group: II n=58?IV n=117?VV n=66.In the control group: II n=49?IV n=55?VV n=30.The genotype frequency: II 28.53%?IV 45.87%?25.60%.3.CETP Taq IB B2 allele frequencies is 0.428,that is similar to the frequencies at home and abroad(0.34-0.47).I405 V V allele frequencies is 0.485,that is similar to the frequencies at home and abroad(0.34-0.49).4.The HDL-C in genotype of B1B1,B1B2,B2B2 has showed a upward trend,but has not significantly difference,both in case group and control group(P>0.05).There are no difference from other serum lipoprotein levels for the three genotypes(P>0.05).5.The HDL-C in genotype of II,IV,VV has showed a upward trend,but has not significantly difference,both in case group and control group(P>0.05).There are no difference from other serum lipoprotein levels for the three genotypes(P>0.05).6.There are statistical significance difference between case and control group about CETP I405 V genotype and allele(P<0.05).CETP Taq IB genotype has statistical significance difference(P<0.05),but the allele has not(P>0.05).7.The CETP Taq IB polymorphism showed a significantly higher risk for CAD.There was also a significant variation of B2B2 genotypes among patients and controls.In the male and female cohorts,Taq IB B1B2 genotype showed a higher risk for CAD in male.8.The CETP I405 V polymorphism showed a significantly higher risk for CAD.There was also a significant variation of VV genotypes among patients and controls.In the male and female cohorts,VV genotype showed a higher risk for CAD in female.9.CETP has exist the linkage disequilibrium(r2=0.310),and the two gene may had has recombined and mutated(D'=0.622).Conclusion: 1.The CETP genotype allele frequencies of Qingdao Han population is similar to the frequencies at home and abroad.2.The CETP Taq IB and I405 V polymorphism showed a significantly higher risk for CAD.B2 and V allele showed a significantly higher risk for CAD.3.The B2 and V allele can rise the HDL-C level in both case and control group,but has not statistical significance difference. 4.CETP Taq IB and I405 V had has linkage disequilibrium.
