Case Study On The Application Of Case-based Reasoning Technology In Female Electronic Medical Records System

With the rapid development of information technology in the medical field,electronic medical records are widely concerned by people from all walks of life.However,the research on electronic medical records is only just beginning,and the electronic medical record only serves its basic medical record storage function.At present,most doctors are mainly based on previous diagnostic criteria,clinical experience,medical literature or instruction of senior experts to diagnose,it often requires a doctor has rich clinical experience and a large number of medical research,the process requires a long learning accumulation and precipitation,and the doctor that accords with afore-mentioned conditions of resources are always limited,it is difficult to meet the demand of a large number of visits.Usually implies a large number of electronic medical records and has a very has the reference value of medical information,if you can through the case-based reasoning technology,found that electronic medical records between implicit "secret",so as to assist doctors diagnosis is made,then the doctor will be able to share the outstanding expert experience and the diagnosis knowledge,improve the scientific and accuracy of diagnosis.This article first elaborated the paper research background and the significance,analyzed the domestic and foreign research on case-based reasoning and its application in the medical field,the case-based reasoning technology was introduced in detail and theoretical basis.Then the guiding thought of software engineering,adopts object-oriented analysis and design method,the demand of the system are analyzed in detail,and on this basis,designed and implemented based on case-based reasoning technology of women electronic medical record system.The system for developers using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 as integrated development tool,using SQL Server 2008 to manage electronic medical record data,using C#language implementation based on client/Server(C/S)three layer architecture model of female electronic medical record system.The system mainly includes five modules:login,medical record management,doctor management,department management,auxiliary diagnosis and treatment,and meet the needs of doctors and system administrators.The auxiliary diagnosis and treatment module USES case reasoning technology.After the doctor enters the patient's symptom description information,the system will match the similar cases in the case database and recommend the treatment plan to the users.Women electronic medical record system based on case-based reasoning technology make full use of the vast amounts of electronic data,assist the doctor make a diagnosis scheme,effectively reduce subjective errors in the process of the doctor's diagnosis,greatly improve the efficiency of health care workers and the treatment effect,for medical and scientific research and the local administrative departments of the female diseases provides a rich and detailed raw data,promote the development of the medical industry.
