| Objective: The clinical efficacy of scapulohumeral periarthritis was treated by traditional Chinese medicine hot treatment combined with a preferred functional exercise method.To provide a reliable,simple and clinical therapy with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,and to explore the mechanism of its effect.Methods: Strictly according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria of the experimental cases,60 scapulohumeral periarthritis patients treated by the orthopedics of affiliated outpatient department in Ruikang hospital of Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine university from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the sequence of visits,randomized controlled trials were conducted.Patients were randomly divided into experimental groups of traditional Chinese medicine hot treatment combined with functional exercise and oral anti-inflammatory analgesics celecoxib combined with functional training,30 cases in each group.The treatment group performed traditional Chinese medicine hot treatment before functional exercise,while the control group received celecoxib before treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with functional exercise and oral anti-inflammatory analgesics combined with functional exercise treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis after a course of treatment(30 days)after the pain score,functional score,activity score.The statistical analysis was performed on the scores of the above groups,and the efficacy of the two groups was calculated according to the efficacy criteria,and the relevant conclusions were obtained.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in the sex ratio(P>0.05)and age distribution(P>0.05)between the experimental group and the control group,and the data were not comparable.2.The pain score before treatment in the experimental group was 26.60±6.29,the pain score before the treatment in the control group was 26.60±5.59,the functional score before the treatment in the experimental group was 7.43±3.13,and the functional score before the treatment in the control group was 7.53±2.53.The activity score before treatment was 13.93±1.80,and the activity score before treatment in the control group was 13.97±1.96.There was no significant difference in pain score(P=1.000),functional score(P=0.892)and activity score(P=0.946)between the experimental group and the treatment group(P>0.05).3.The pain score after treatment in the experimental group was 65.33±5.39,the functional score was 18.78±3.10,and the activity score was 21.93±1.98.There were significant differences in pain scores(P<0.0001),functional scores(P<0.0001),and activity scores(P<0.0001)before and after treatment in the experimental group.The pain scores,functional scores,and activity scores after treatment were significantly improved.4.The pain score after treatment in the control group was 60.43 ± 8.01,the functional score was 18.57 ± 3.31,and the activity score was 21.23 ± 1.59.The pain scores before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.0001),functional score(P<0.0001),and activity score(P<0.0001)were all significantly different.After treatment,pain scores,functional scores,and activity scores all improved significantly.5.After treatment,there was a significant difference in the pain scores between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.0077).After the treatment,the pain score of the experimental group increased more significantly than that of the control group.6.After treatment,there was no significant difference in the functional scores between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.810)and the activity score comparison(P=0.1370).The functional scores and activity scores of the two groups were significantly improved without statistical significance.7.The curative effect of the experimental group was excellent in 19 cases,the curative effect was better in 9 cases,the curative effect was ok in 2 cases,the curative effect was good in 28 cases,and the excellent and good rate reached 93.3%.The efficacy of the control group was excellent in 11 cases,the curative effect was better in 14 cases,the curative effect was ok in 5 cases,and the curative effect was good total in 25 cases,the excellent and good rate was 83.3%.After statistics and analysis,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).And the two groups of patients were 100% effective after treatment.Conclusion: 1.Traditional Chinese medicine hot treatment combined with functional exercise and oral celecoxib combined with functional exercise have a definite effect on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.2.Traditional Chinese medicine hot treatment combined with functional exercise and oral celecoxib combined with functional exercise have obvious curative effects in alleviating the pain and improving the function of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Traditional Chinese medicine hot treatment combined with functional exercise is superior to oral celecoxib combined with functional exercise in improving pain and clinical efficacy.However,these two methods have no obvious difference in improving the shoulder mobility and the shoulder function.3.Traditional Chinese medicine hot treatment combined with functional exercise treatment scapulohumeral periarthritis is a more effective,simple,less side-effects,easy for patients to receive treatment,and it is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice. |
