ObjectiveTo investigate the status of childbirth fear in primipara, combined with its influencing factors, based on the intervention of meditation therapy on the influencing factors of childbirth fear, the birth fear status of the primipara with different intervention methods was investigated, and the effect of silent therapy on reducing the fear of childbirth in primipara was studied.Paying attention to mental health of pregnant women and reducing postpartum depression are more conducive to postpartum recovery and physical and mental health, and also conducive to a healthy growth environment for newborns.Method1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,116 cases of primipara with W-DEQ-A-SC score of 28~34 weeks or more than 85 points in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected from May 2016 to June 2017.2.All pregnant women filled out the general situation questionnaire, including the education level, age, marital status, abortion history, the only child, the monthly income per capita of the family, the pregnancy preparation, the employment, the pay for medical care, the satisfaction of the spouse and family support, the prenatal training during pregnancy, and the selection.General delivery related data such as the choice of delivery mode.3.Before intervention,4 weeks of intervention, and before delivery,116pregnant women were investigated with Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnaire,State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and The short form of the Chinese Childbirth Self-efficacy Inventory. The changes of childbirth fear level before and after intervention and the comparison of cesarean section rate were analyzed.4.The statistical software SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the collected data, and the basic data of the primipara were described by the percentage, the average number and the standard deviation.T test,?~2 test and Kruskal-Wallis H nonparametric test were used to compare the variables between the intervention group and the control group in the two groups.Repeated measurement of variance analysis was used to compare the difference in the level of childbirth fear, the level of self efficacy of childbirth, the level of anxiety before the intervention, the 4 weeks of intervention and the 3 time points before delivery.Results1.This study included 112 primipara childbirth fear, aged 20~35 years old,the average age was 27.32±2.29 years old, including 23 junior middle school and below,51 junior high school or secondary school,31 college or undergraduate,7 graduate students;100 married,29.46%,non only children 70.54%;Family monthly income:26under monthly income of 2000 yuan,2000~4000 yuan has 64,4000~6000 yuan has13,6000 yuan or more 9;the only child accounted for 62.33%,the self paid 12%,the medical insurance new rural cooperation accounted for 88%;the family is very supportive of 71.43%,general support occupies 19.64%,does not support occupy8.93%.4 cases were lost, and the loss rate was 3.44%.2.There was no significant difference in age, education, work, family income, single child, medical insurance, and marital status between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The comparison between the intervention group and the control group of pregnant women's Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnaire:before intervention,4 weeks of intervention, and before delivery, the level of childbirth fear in two groups of pregnant women was statistically analyzed by repeated measurements of variance, and the degree of fear of childbirth in the primary parturients in the 4 weeks and before delivery was significantly higher than that in the intervention group, with significant statistical significance(P<0.05)4.The self-efficacy scale of the pregnant women in the intervention group and the control group was compared:the self-efficacy score of the two groups of pregnant women in the 2 weeks, the intervention 4 weeks and the parturition was statistically analyzed by the repeated measurement of variance analysis. The self-efficacy level of the primipara in the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group during the intervention 4 weeks and the pre labor control group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.In the intervention group and the control group, the maternal state trait anxiety scale score was compared:the anxiety state of the two groups of pregnant women in the 2 weeks, the intervention 4 weeks and the parturition showed that the anxiety level of the primary parturients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the intervention group after the intervention of the intervention group for 4weeks and before the delivery, and the level of anxiety was significantly higher than that in the intervention group. There was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6.The rate of caesarean section of the pregnant women in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions1.Meditation therapy has a positive effect on the intervention of the birth fear of the primipara, and the birth fear has a negative effect on the self efficacy, the state of anxiety and depression and the rate of cesarean section in the primipara.2.Meditation therapy intervention can reduce primipara childbirth fear, improve self efficacy, reduce anxiety and reduce cesarean section rate.3.Clinical medical staff should screen pregnant women with fear of childbirth early, implement targeted intervention to pregnant women as early as possible, formulate more simple and effective intervention measures, explore the intervention strategy of childbirth fear, reduce the rate of caesarean section, and promote the rapid and effective recovery of pregnant women.
