Objective:To analyze the extent of levator hiatus(LH)area expansion and rela ted factors in patients with pelvic organ prolapse(POP)by Three-dimensional u ltrasound. Methods:Select 98 cases of pelvic organ prolapse patients(observation group)diagnosed inour hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.All of the above pa tients were confirm-ed by clinical operations.Twenty-seven healthy women who un derwent three-dimensional ph-ysical examination via vagina during the same perio d were selected(control group),GE Vol-unson E8 color Doppler ultrasound diagno stic apparatus was used to collect the area of levator hiatus in the Valsava sta te.The area of levator hiatus(>25 cm2)was divided into mild dilation(25cm2?29.9cm2),Moderate dilation(30?34 9cm2)and severe dilation(>35cm2).The tomograph ic ultrasound imaging(TUI)was used in three-dimensional mode to observe the in tegrity and fracture of the pelvic hernia hole closure under contraction. The ar ea of levator hiatus and menopause, fertility, and hysterectomy were analyzed.T he relevance of its surgical approach.Results:1.98 patients in the observation group were mildly dilated in 48 cases(49.0%),moderately dilated in 31 cases(31.6%),and severely dilated in 19 cases(19.4%);2.The levator ani muscle rupture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. It was more significant(value was 15.568,P<0.05).3The pelvic hernia hole area in the menopausal and non-menopausal patients in th e comparison observation group(30.17±3.94cm2 vs 28.95±3.34cm2)was significan tly different(P<0.05).In the menopausal patients, the area of pelvic hiatal ho le was slightly expanded in 18 cases, moderately expanded in 11 cases, and sever ely expanded in 6 cases. The non-menopausal patients were mildly expanded in 29 cases, moderately expanded in 11 cases and severely expanded in 3 cases.Signifi cant difference(P<0.05);4.The pelvic diaphragm hole area in patients with hysterectomy was significantl y greater than that in patients without hysterectomy(P<0.05);5.The area of pelvic fissure hiatus was significantly larger than that of women without fertility, and it was more pronounced as the number of births increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Perineal three-dimensional ultrasound and TUI imaging technology can better ob serve the levator hiatus morphology and levator ani muscle rupture.2.Menopausal patients are more prone to pelvic hernia hole dilation.3.After uterotomy, the pelvic hernia hole area was significantly expanded, and the more the number of births, the more the levator hiatus was expanded.
