Objectives To evaluate the relationship between BRAF V600 E and Sonographic features in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.Use Logistic regression model to evaluate BRAFV600 E in thyroid papillary carcinoma and papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)ultrasonographic features.2017 ACR of ultrasonic thyroid imaging report data system(TI-RADS)described thyroid nodule of five aspects,according to the correlation with BRAFV600 E mutation of ultrasonic ultrasonographic performance to guide clinical treatment of thyroid nodule.Methods Retrospective analysis in March 2014 to December 2016 in Anhui provincial Cancer Hospital diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)91cases of 117 nodules.All confirmed by postoperative PTC and was detected by ARMS in 91 cases of 117 nodules in tissue samples and the neighboring tissues.The patients were divided into BRAF-positive group and BRAF-negative.The sonographic features were compared between two groups.With ACR 2017(TI-RADS)five of sonographic features and join the nodule number,gender,and neck lymph nodes and enter the single factor analysis model of factors,single factor analysis was statistically significant in the study of factors included in the regression model analysis,Logistic regression model is established according to the results,compared two groups of ultrasonic ultrasonographic characteristics.Results(1)Pathologic and genetic testing results : 91 cases of 117 nodules were diagnosed as thyroid papillary carcinoma nodules.The BRAF-positive was detected in 75.2% of patients(88 of 117).(2)Single factor regression analysis showed that the factors leading to the model,a total of four: echo(X3),margin(X5),abnormal calcification(X7)and abnormal lymph nodes(X8).(3)Multiariable Logistic regression analysis results: margin(X5),abnormal lymph nodes(X8),a total of two independent variables into the model.The regression equation : Logisti(?)=-1.477+2.620* margin(irregular)+1.489* abnormal lymph nodes.The sonographie findings showed that patients with BRAF-positive had significant difference with those with BRAF-negative in the margin and abnormal lymph nodes(P <0.05).Conclusions the high mutation rate of BRAFV600 E gene in PTC.The mutation of BRAF V600 E gene is related to the sonographic findings of PTC,which with irregular margin and abnormal lymph node characteristics of high mutation rate.
