Research On The Implementary Effect And Countermeasures Of Science And Technology Planning Of Public Hospitals In Anhui Province

With the progress of era and the development of society,science and technology are constantly changing people's lives,and the improvement of people's living level also depends on the continuous development of science and technology,the development of medical and health science and technology has become a important aspect of people's living standards.Hospitals as the main body of medical service institutions,for the improvement of medical technology,the development of medical career responsibility and the effective implementation of the hospital planning of science and technology is the powerful guarantee to achieve this goal.In this paper,several public hospital planning of science and technology in Anhui province are analyzed,and carried out in hospital technology planning and research status of empirical research,using the theory of science,technology and society,analyzes the problems existing in the process of the scientific research development for hospitals to improve scientific research management system effect strategic Suggestions are put forward.The first part gives an overview of the implementation and characteristics of the current health and medical science and technology planning in China,including the national level of science and technology planning and the technical planning at the hospital level.The second part is the study of the present situation of public hospital planning and management of science and technology in Anhui province and implementary effect,with several public hospitals,for example,field investigation,the analysis results,and investigate the doctor in the hospital scientific research work.At the last,according to the results of the investigation and analysis,the problems and causes of science and technology planning management in public hospitals in our province are summarized and the countermeasures are put forward.
