Objective:from the new perspective of medical humanistic care,the investigation of both doctors and patients satisfaction with the status quo,to understand the needs and expectations of both doctors and patients,and constructs a relatively perfect and effective medical humanistic care evaluation index system,provide a quantitative tool for the further implementation of humanistic care,on their way to expand and ultimately promote the doctor-patient relationship harmony.Methodsa:self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the doctor-patient satisfaction of 3 hospitals in Anhui,including a total of 172 medical staff,542 outpatients and 565 hospitalized patients.The descriptive analysis of satisfaction was carried out,and the variance analysis was carried out by the analysis of variance analysis and the average number test.At the same time,Delphy Fa was used to construct the index system of medical humanistic care.Results and analysis:(1)The job satisfaction of the medical staff was 40.6%,and the horizontal comparison was in the middle level.The percentage of dissatisfaction was 6,57.4%,52.5%,41.7%,31.7%,26.1%,18.3% and 15.2%,respectively,in terms of promotion opportunities,work remuneration,work environment,equipment conditions,interpersonal relationship(divided into colleagues and superiors).Promotion and remuneration are the most dissatisfied aspects of the medical staff.(2)the patient satisfaction was 64.7%,the degree of hospitalization was 59.8%,and the lateral comparison was at a lower level.The satisfaction degree of outpatient and inpatient to medical environment and doctor-patient communication is high,and medical expenses are the most dissatisfied aspects of patients.The proportion of outpatients and inpatients who are not satisfied with medical expenses is 34.2% and 44.3% respectively.(3)the longitudinal comparison shows that the satisfaction of the medical staff is lower than the patient's satisfaction,and the care of medical personnel is an important aspect of medical humanistic care.(4)high risk,high pressure,high intensity and poor practice environment are still the normal condition of medical staff.The average weekly working time of medical staff is 58.6 hours,the average monthly value of night work is 6.4 times,75.6% of medical staff feel high workload,and 44.4% feel the pressure of self employment.In practice the environment,said 12.3% patients do not respect yourself;35% of the medical staff did not respect their self perceived social occupation;8.3% medical staff think that patients do not trust themselves,in addition,there are still 34.1% of the medical staff had different levels of conflict.30.6% of the medical staff say they often want to leave the industry they are engaged in.(5)the provincial hospital medical staff satisfaction is lowest,not satisfied with the proportion of 30%,significantly higher than county hospital(10% and 8.3%),the main reason lies in the strength of the medical staff of provincial hospital,the average working hours per week(67.7 hours)was significantly higher than that of municipal hospitals(57 hours)and county hospitals(51 hours),the monthly value night 8.3 times,were significantly higher than those in municipal hospitals(5.7)and county hospitals(5.5);in addition,the provincial hospital,51.7% medical staff of experienced medical disputes in different degree,while the municipal hospital and county hospital was only 28.3% and 20% provincial hospitals are more prone to discontent and conflict between doctors and patients patients.(6)using the Delphi method,the 2 round of expert consultation,analysis of expert opinion by Excel and SPSS software,finally constructs a multi-dimensional medical humanistic care evaluation index system,including 8 first class indicators,two secondary indicators and 64 indicators,one for guidance,cultural construction,system the enthusiasm of the medical staff,medical technology,medical environment,service process,doctor-patient communication,humanities.The experts pay more attention to the soft indicators such as system construction,medical technology,doctor patient communication and so on.Conclusion and suggestion:the survey found that the satisfaction of both doctors and patients needs to be improved urgently.Medical humanistic care is the most effective way to improve the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.Suggestions:(1)development planning,management of hospital staff capacity building and occupation career;(2)actively explore the development of salary system of public hospitals and equal value elements;(3)nnovation to enhance the service capabilities of channels,active exploration of "artificial intelligence","mobile medical treatment"(Applied in the hospital;(4)the provincial hospital should be the first to carry out a comprehensive medical humanities construction,play an exemplary role in the process of reference and the construction of regional medical community;(5)based on the Medical Association,based on medical information integration,steadily promote the grading diagnosis and treatment work.
