| With China’s medical and health system reform,the national development and Reform Commission held the medical service price reform forum,at all levels of public hospitals before the end of September 2017 to fully cancel the drug addition,marking a new round of price reform of medicine in full swing.The core of the new health care reform is the reform of public hospitals,and the focus of public hospital reform is the reform of medical service prices.Starting from the quasi-public goods attribute of public hospital perspective,using the theory of public goods,government regulation theory and public choice theory,analysis principle,influence the pricing of medical services in public hospitals in China and status quo,combined with the empirical pricing of medical services in the reform of public hospitals in Nanjing City,analysis,analysis of the pricing of medical services in public hospital reform in the city of Nanjing from the relevant supporting policies are synchronous,medical service project cost estimation system is sound,grading pricing,mainly medical burden,irrational price structure and diversion effect is not obvious in three patients.On the basis of the domestic and foreign advanced experience,from strengthening the construction of management system,medical service price optimization method,cost of medical service price increase government investment responsibility and promote the reform of medical service pricing mechanism four aspects put forward some suggestions to improve the public hospital medical service pricing in the new medical reform.I believe that through cooperation of health,price,human society,finance and other government departments,fully summarized the successful experience of public hospital reform pilot city and pricing and the existing problems,I will gradually to explore a reasonable model and the method of the pricing of medical services in public hospitals in our new normal under the promotion of public hospital in China the healthy and orderly development. |
