| Purpose:To compare the therapeutic effect of massage combined with lumbar core muscle group training on lumbar disc herniation with that of traditional massage combined with lumbar core muscle group training on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients were taken and divided into the control group by random number table method, and the observation group by massage combined with waist core muscle group training, each group 30 cases, both groups received massage treatment, the control group adopted the conventional massage method,1 1,15 is a course of treatment,2 consecutive treatment. The authors also analyzed the scores of the patients in the back and back of lumbar pain,JOA(clinical conscious symptoms, daily life movement, lumbar prodromal activity)and ODI.Results:After statistical analysis,T = 2.25,P = 0.03 was less than 0.05,and the difference between the two groups was different. After a statistical analysis of the two groups of patients treated with JOA score,T = 2.13,P = 0.04 was less than 0,05,with significant difference. The score of ODI in the two groups,T=2.10,P = 0.04 was less than 0.05,had significant difference. The total curative effect after treatment was analyzed by rank and test:Z =-2.855,P less than 0.004,indicating differences in efficiency between the two groups. Conclusions:The use of massage combined with lumbar core muscle group training has significant effect in improving the patient’s feeling of pain, clinical conscious symptoms, daily life movement, lumbar prodromal activity, etc. The effects of massage combined with lumbar core muscle group training were reduced to simple traditional massage method to improve the patient’s feeling of voluntary pain, clinical self-consciousness,daily life movement and lumbar prodromal activity. |
