| Objectives:(1)To understand the status of disability acceptance and quality of life in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.(2)To explore the correlation between disability acceptance,coping style and quality of life in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke,so as to provide a theoretical basis for effective intervention measures to improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.(3)Analysis of the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.Methods:This study is a descriptive study.Patients with cerebral ischemic stroke were randomly selected from January 2017 to August 2017.A total of 216 patients in neurology department of 3 grade three grade A hospitals in a city were investigated.The general data questionnaire,Modified Rankin Scale,The Acceptance of Disability Scale,The Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale were investigated.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The main statistical methods included descriptive statistics,t test,ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Results:(1)Quality of life in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke were divided into a total of(139.52±33.99)points,the standardized scoring rate was 56.95%,and the overall level was in the middle level,of which the dimensions of the standardized scores from high to low is:visual score(11.73±2.67),language score(17.18±4.07),mood score(16.95±3.25),thinking score(9.43±3.10),the function of the upper limb score(15.14±6.16),character score(8.41±2.80),exercise score(15.94±5.76),family activities score(7.93±3.01),self-care ability score(12.76±4.37),physical energy score(6.68±3.09),Working ability score(6.58±3.31),social activities score(10.73±4.23);(2)The total score of disability acceptance of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke was(66.24±15.17),the standardized score rate was 51.75%,and the overall level was at a medium low level,and the standardized scores of all dimensions ranged from high to low in order of enlargement dimension score(20.31±4.74),transformation dimension score(19.27±4.33),subordinate dimension score(10±2.12),inclusive dimension score(16.64±16.64).(3)The score of coping style of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke was(47.35±3.52),and the standardized scores of every dimension from high to low were successively score(13.80 ±1.73),avoidance score(16.26±2.67),and face score(17.30±2.98).(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of the expanded dimension,the transformation dimension,the subordinate dimension,the inclusive dimension and the disability acceptance score were positively correlated with the score of quality of life.The R values were 0.799,0.765,0.682,0.823,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The score of quality of life was positively correlated with the "coping" coping style in medical coping styles,and negatively correlated with the "avoidance" coping strategy in medical coping styles.The r values were 0.405 and-0.366 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(5)Cerebral ischemic stroke the quality of life of the single factor variance analysis showed that:the different level of education,occupation,family income,medical payment,place of residence,different area of infarction(CT type),method of treatment,the prevalence of the disease in patients with the treatment time,quality of life score difference was statistically significant between the date(P<0.05).(6)Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that CT classification,treatment,inclusion dimension,expansion dimension,the time of treatment after this disease,the dimension of transformation,and the return model of avoidance coping.The multivariate linear regression equation of fitting has statistical significance(F=38.911,P<0.000).The complex correlation coefficient R=0.808 of the equation and the determining coefficient R2=-0.787.Conclusions:(1)The quality of life of the patients with cerebral ischemic stroke was poor.(2)There was a positive correlation between the degree of disability acceptance and quality of life in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.There was a positive correlation between the "confrontation" dimension and the quality of life in medical coping styles,and the dimension of avoidance was negatively correlated with the quality of life.(3)The factors affecting the quality of life of the patients with cerebral ischemic stroke were CT typing,treatment,inclusion dimension,enlargement dimension,the time of the medical treatment,the dimension of transformation,and the avoidance response. |
