Objective:Through the investigate the distribution of human olfactory mesenchymal stem cells and human olfactory mucosa olfactory ensheathing cells in nasal mucosa,guide the location of the nasal mucosa in autologous transplantation,and to further study the interaction between the two types of cells,and to improve the culture rate of hOM-MSCs and hOM-OECs and the effect of transplantation for combined transplantation,to lay the foundation for further study of the combined transplantation and repaired nerve.Methods:1.Patients who have been treated in our hospital,exclude patients with nasal and nasal polyps,nasal polyps,olfactory mucous membrane and atrophic rhinitis,communicate with the patient before obtaining the tissue,get the consent of the patient,sign a voluntary consent form,clean the nasal cavity and shave properly three days before the operation.In addition to nasal hair,drip with chloramphenicol nose drops and so on.The experiment was carried out by the consent of the ethics committee.2.The nasal mucosa was obtained by nasal endoscopy.The nasal mucosa was divided into the olfactory and respiratory mucosa groups according to the location of the nasal mucosa,and divide them into the olfactory mucosa group and the respiratory area mucosa group according to the location of the nasal mucosa.3.The nasal mucosa were observed with HE staining and immunofluorescence staining,and the hOM-MSCs and hOM-OEC were labeled by immunofluorescence double antibody labeling.The hOM-MSCs selected CD271+CD105,CD271+CD166 and the hOM-OECs to select CD271+SOX10 and CD271+S100? markers,to determined the distribution of hOM-MSCs and hOM-OEC in nasal mucosa.Results:1.The hOM-MSCs was distributed in both the olfactory mucosa area and the respiratory mucosa,and the mucosa of olfactory mucosa was more distributed.2.The hOM-OECs was distributed only in the upper turbinate in the olfactory mucosa area.Conclusion:1.The hOM-MSCs is widely distributed in both the olfactory mucosa area and the respiratory mucosa,and the mucosa of olfactory mucosa was more distributed.2.The hOM-OECs was distributed in the upper turbinate in the olfactory mucosa area,and the distribution of the upper turbinate still needs to be further confirmed.
