Objective:To investigate the changes of inflammatory media spectrum in children with Kawasaki disease,to explore the risk factors of coronary artery lesion,to provide basis for early treatment of Kawasaki disease and to reduce the occurrence of coronary artery complications. Methods:To compare 65 cases of children with Kawasaki disease acute stage and 30 cases of healthy check-up children serum inflammatory mediators index(IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,IFN-γ),observation on admission and treatment in 20 patients with Kawasaki disease 2 weeks after the change of the serum levels of inflammatory medium, tracking the coronary artery pathological changes happen within three months, seeking the age,gender,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,IFN-γ,CRP,WBC,PLT,ESR,IVIG application time, etc may affect factors of coronary artery occurred Logistic regression analysis.Result:1.Serum levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α and IFN-γ in the acute phase of the Kawasaki disease group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05);2.The serum inflammatory mediators after treatment in Kawasaki disease group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Univariate regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in IL-6,CRP and IL-10 levels between coronary artery lesion(CAL)group and non-coronary artery lesion(NCAL)group(P<0.05).4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that IL-6 and CRP may be risk factors for KD and CAL(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.KD children with acute phase serum inflammatory mediators spectrum index(IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,the TNF alpha and IFN-gamma)increased significantly.2.Elevation of IL-6 and CRP is a risk factor for Kawasaki disease combined with coronary artery disease.
