Treatment Of Female Cold Blood Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type Of Acne By The Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction

Objective:The control methods of randomization were adopted in this experiment,observed improvement in skin lesions and menstrual status,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process,objective evaluation of modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of female acne type of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods:70 patients were selected from Shanxi city in Yuncheng Province Chinese Medicine Hospital Department of Dermatology from 2015.07 to 2016.12 outpatients.With70 patients were randomly divided into the standard test for two groups: treatment group of35 cases with modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction granules treatment,a dose of daily boiling water,sooner or later each time;the control group of 35 cases,with Viaminate Capsules,25mg/,sooner or later each time.Two groups were treated for 6 weeks respectively.In the first visit,2 weeks of treatment,treatment for 4 weeks,6 weeks of treatment were observed and recorded,observe the overall effect,calculation of lesions,the incidence of adverse reactions to the evaluation index of TCM syndrome and treatment,objectively evaluated the effect and security.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the treatment group were detected before and after treatment scores of T = 30.533,P < 0.01;the control group before and after treatment of skin lesions compared T = 21.69,P < 0.01 were statistically significant,showed that Jiawei Shaofuzhuyu soup and Viaminate Capsules for women with cold coagulation and blood stasis have acne treatment effect.After 6 weeks of treatment the treatment group and the control group in T lesions of the integral value of-5.333,P < 0.01;TCM syndrome integral comparison of T =-8.234,P < 0.01;the dominant contrast in the treatment group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups of patients during treatment such as dry skin,a small amount of desquamation did not affect the follow-up treatment,liver and kidney function were detected in two groups were not found abnormal Often,that Jiawei Shaofuzhuyu soup and Viaminate Capsules treatment of women with cold coagulation and blood stasis in acne is safe and effective in the short term,but the incidence of adversereaction in treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group showed that Jiawei Shaofuzhuyu Decoction relative clinical curative effect is better,more secure.Conclusion:Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of female acne type of cold coagulation and blood stasis can significantly improve the symptoms of acne lesions and patients with menstrual status,the curative effect is better than Viaminate Capsules,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than Viaminate Capsules,more safe,worthy of clinical application and reference.
