Clinical Analysis Of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation In The Treatment Of 28 Cases With Severe Aplastic Anemia

Objective:To retrospectively analyse the curative effect of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation on severe aplastic anemia and to evaluate the prognostic factors of the patients with aplastic anemia.Methods: The clinical data of 28 cases with severe aplastic anemia treated by hematopoietic stem cells transplantation in our department from January2008 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Kaplan-meier survival analysis was used to analyze the total survival rate(OS)and transplantation related mortality(TRM),and analyze the related factors affecting the survival prognosis.Results: All patients were followed up to 20 April 2018,median follow-up time was 34(1-122)months,and the overall survival rate and transplantation related mortality were 67.9% and 28.6% respectively.26 patients received implantation,and the median time of granulocyte implantation was 11 days(10days to 24 days).The incidence of aGVHD was 14.8% in 4 patients with Allo-HSCT.One case occurred in c GVHD,with an incidence of 3.7%.Single factor analysis showed that the donor type,stem cell type,HLA compatibility,blood type compatibility,pretreatment scheme,prevention of GVHD solution,and the number of single nuclear cells were not affected the OS.Conclusion: 1.Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an effective method to treat severe aplastic anemia.2.Infection related complications,such as pulmonary infection and sepsis,are the main causes of death after transplantation,and are also important factors affecting the survival time and quality of life of the patients after transplantation.
