With the continuous development of modern technology and medicine, the level of medical examination has also increased.Under the current large market background, various clinical departments have begun to extensively use coagulation tests to assist in judgment and diagnosis.Clinicians and researchers also gradually realized the importance and necessity of this routine examination, especially in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, anticoagulation and thrombolysis detection, preoperative examination, diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhagic disease in full play the monitoring role.At present, routine clinical coagulation tests include the following tests: Measurement of plasma prothrombin time(PT),determination of thrombin time(TT),determination of partial activated thromboplastin time(APTT),determination of plasma fibrinogen(Fib),determination of single coagulation factor, platelet technique(PLT)and determination of D-dimer(D-Dimer).The above coagulation test content is non-dynamic,and the Thromboelastography is a physical method to simulate the whole process of coagulation and fibrinolysis in the human body's environment. It is the entire dynamic change from the blood coagulation, coagulation, and fibrinolysis process,so the Thromboelastography has more reference value and research value in clinical coagulation test. The Thromboelastography is a method that uses dynamic tracing to obtain a curve of the shear stress experienced by the lid probe during the coagulation of the blood over time. This curve is basically symmetrical and oscillating. It usually takes its outer contour as the object of study. It is a familiar thromboelastogram curve.According to the descriptive parameters of this curve feature, the resulting thromboelastogram curve is the dynamics of clot formation and dissolution and clot mass, the viscoelastic change of blood from coagulation to fibrinolysis can be analyzed to determine whether the patient has coagulopathy related diseases. The analysis of Thromboelastography patterns has always used the properties of the TEG pattern envelope to describe coagulation characteristics.Over time, more and more clinical parameters have been evaluated for TEG.Judging from the clinical diagnosis process, when judging the cause of the study,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the values of multiple parameters in the curve and perform multiple steps in order to obtain the coagulation function of the patient, which is particularly complicated to judge. In addition, these parameters are not fully reflected. The dynamic process of thrombosis requires further validation analysis. This topic proposes to directly analyze the data signals collected by the Thromboelastography using the frequency domain analysis method,so as to obtain the spectral parameters of the Thromboelastography to describe the characteristics of the coagulation process of the Thromboelastography, and the range of parameters can effectively distinguish the characteristics of different coagulation states. The simplification of the evaluation parameters of the coagulation process saves the judgment time for the clinician. In addition,in the process of fibrinolysis of Thromboelastography, this subject through experimental observation, proposed a fibrinolytic parameter——clot retention time, this parameter can quickly determine whether the sample shows signs of hyperfibrinolysis, and it is supplemented with Thromboelastography fibrinolysis process evaluation. The blood coagulation index proposed in this study can reflect the relevant features of the blood coagulation process.Three typical coagulation states can be obtained through the experimental data, which can intuitively determine the coagulation state of the patient and effectively reduce the coagulation process. The clot retention time parameter can determine whether the sample has fibrinolysis signs within 10 min after the blood coagulation reaches a maximum value, and shortens the time for judging fibrinolysis.
