Intravenous infusion is the most commonly used medical treatment.It is an important task to ensure the efficacy and safety of infusion.At present,the entire infusion process is still monitored manually in most hospitals,which not only increases the manpower consumption and workload,but also often causes accidents due to manual operation errors.It is often seen that the room of hospital is full of patients with infusions.Numerous nurse travel back and forth to ensure the safety of the infusion and the work efficiency is low.Some patients who need long-term infusions are often guarded by nurses and families day and night,it is very mind-consuming.The development of Internet of Things technology has promoted the informationization and intelligentization of medical services.This thesis is based on the emerging low-power wide-area LoRa wireless communication technology to design a remote monitoring system of intelligent infusion of unattended to achieve automatic drip rate control,alarm of drip rate anomaly and dripping,automatic stop after dripping,voice reminding,one-touch calling,two-dimensional code information verification and other functions.The entire monitoring system is divided into three parts: the monitoring terminal,the mobile hand-held terminal and the service center.The monitoring terminal is used for collecting data of infusion site and alarming for abnormal conditions.The infrared detection technology is used to identify the drug dripping,and the remaining amount is calculated by counting the droplets,so as to judge whether the infusion is over;The interval between the two droplets is used to calculate the drip rate;The stepper motor transmission mechanism is used to squeeze the infusion tube to control the drip rate.The mobile hand-held terminal is carried by medical staff to receive the information from the monitoring terminal and verify the patient information to prevent the wrong medicine from being entered.The service center receives data from the entire network,and intuitively displays information related to the patient and infusion status,which facilitates management of the monitoring system.The LoRa wireless technology which adopting a star network is used to communicate between various parts of the monitoring system.For large hospitals with multiple infusions and monitoring terminals,a data transmission anti-collision algorithm suitable for LoRa networks is designed to improve the performance of throughput,delay,and power consumption.The intelligent monitoring system designed in this thesis has high detection accuracy,accurate alarm,large system capacity,low delay and low power consumption.It provides an effective solution for existing medical infusion problems,has a broad application market,improves the hospital’s work efficiency and intelligence level,reduces medical accidents,and saves medical resources,which is of great significance.
