Clinical Study On TCM Syndromes Of Endometriosis And The Recent Efficacy Analysis Of Chocolate Cyst By The Treatment Of Transvaginal Ultrasound Intervention Combined With Triptorelin

Objective: To explore the regularity of TCM syndrome of endometriosis and to observe the recent efficacy of ultrasonic intervention in the treatment of chocolate cyst.Methods: The database would be established base on the clinical data of 136 cases of patients with endometriosis.We made frequency analysis of the patient’s symptoms.Ultrasound interventional therapy was performed in 76 patients diagnosed with chocolate cyst,and the patients were treated with 3 cycles of triptorelin.After 6 months of follow-up,self pre-and post-control would be compared with AMH,CA125 and ultrasonic examination of chocolate cyst size for the 76 patients diagnosed with chocolate cyst,the recurrence rate was observed after six months,to evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound in the treatment of chocolate cyst.Results:The regularity of TCM syndrome of endometriosis: wet blood stasis was the main syndrome.the clinical data frequency analysis results showed that there were six types of syndromes,wet blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,cold coagulation and blood stasis,Qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome,48 cases of wet blood stasis syndrome(35.30%),24 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis(17.65%),16 cases of phlegm-wet blood stasis syndrome(11.76%),14 cases of cold blood stasis(10.29%),22 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(16.18%),12 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(8.82%).In 76 cases,there were 96 Chocolate cysts.One case was founded successful pregnancy after 6 months and no recurrence was found within 6 months after surgery.72 cases(75.0%)were cured,20cases(20.8%)were founded effective,4(4.2%)cases were founded less effective,no one was founded relapsed,the total effective rate was 100%.There were statistically significant differences between the preoperative and postoperative values of AMH and CA125,the size of the chocolate cyst.Conclusion: In the 136 case of patient with endometriosis,the main TCM syndrome was wet blood stasis.Ultrasonic Intervention combined with triptorelin was one of the feasible minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of the chocolate cyst with the effective inhibition of lesion activity,the cure rate increased.The treatment had slight influence on the ovarian function.So the recent efficacy of ultrasonic interventionin the treatment of chocolate cysts was reliable.
