Objective:By analyzing the clinical data of patients with pulmonary embolism, the main TCM syndromes and risk stratification of pulmonary embolism were summarized, and the correlation between the two was explored in order to evaluate the development of the disease.Prognosis and provide the basis and reference for the treatment of pulmonary embolism with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods:From December 2016 to February 2018,100 patients with pulmonary embolism who were admitted to the fourth affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected from December 2016 to February 2018.The general data of the patients and the risk factors of pulmonary embolism were collected. In order to explore the relationship between the risk stratification of pulmonary embolism and TCM syndromes, the data were input into the database and the statistical software of SPSS19.0 was used to carry out statistical analysis.Results:(1)Risk factors: pulmonary embolism is most common in the elderly(≥70 years old),hypertension, heart disease, followed by deep venous thrombosis,surgery,long-term immobilization, and pulmonary embolism in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Patients with trauma/fracture,obesity,smoking,abnormal platelet, diabetes, malignant tumor and so on should be on guard against the occurrence of pulmonary embolism.Patients with pulmonary embolism in middle risk group have advanced age, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is higher than high risk group.(2)Pulmonary embolism can occur at any age and age is the independent risk factor of the disease. The incidence of pulmonary embolism and pulmonary embolism has statistical significance in the middle risk group(P<0.05).(3)The distribution and regularity of TCM syndromes: pulmonary embolism can be divided into four types of TCM syndromes: Qi deficiency and blood stasis in 41 cases, phlegm and blood stasis in 34 cases, phlegm turbid and obstruction in 12 cases,Yang Qi storm in 13 cases,in which qi deficiency and blood stasis is the dominant type, and the middle and high risk groups are all dominated by qi deficiency and blood stasis.Statistical analysis showed that pulmonary embolism with trauma/fracture,varicose veins of lower extremity, deep vein thrombosis,long-term immobilization and hypertension was associated with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Conclusion:(1)For patients with chest tightness, shortness of breath, swelling and pain of lower limbs, syncope and so on,the occurrence of pulmonary embolism should be taken care of.(2)D-dimer negative can exclude acute pulmonary embolism, especially in patients with low degree of suspected pulmonary embolism, but it is not helpful to the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, and pulmonary angiography(CTPA)provides a very important basis for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.(3)The incidence rate of middle risk group and middle risk group was significantly higher than that of high risk group. The elderly patients with pulmonary embolism in middle risk group and chronic pulmonary disease group were significantly higher than those in high risk group.(4)The TCM syndrome of pulmonary embolism is characterized by qi deficiency and blood stasis, which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of pulmonary embolism with the principle of invigorating qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
