Objective: Application of automatic measurement technology,the determination of normal pregnant women and pregnancy hypertension period fetus left ventricular MPI,combined with the traditional method of measurement of fetal left ventricular MPI results compared to explore the automatic measurement technology the value of fetal cardiac function in gestational hypertension.Methods: 25 cases of single PIH pregnant women(PIH group)and 50 cases of healthy single pregnant women(normal group)to contrast observation,two groups of pregnant women were fetal ultrasound pulse doppler echocardiography examination,put in at the same time the sampling volume were used respectively to obtain the left ventricular outflow and inflow the spectrum peak in a key left ventricular MPI automatic measurement technology and distributed measuring isovolumetric contraction time(ICT),isovolumetric relaxation time(IRT)and ejection time(ET)after left ventricular MPI for the traditional method by calculation.After winning the measured results,comparing two different measurement methods to obtain the difference of fetal left ventricular MPI,and fetal PIH group and normal fetuses between the difference of the left ventricle MPI.Use SPSS20.0 statistical analysis on the obtained data were statistically difference between the two methods using matching t test.Group of normal fetus and PIH fetal left ventricular MPI measurement in the method of automatic results,the difference between using a paired t test,analysis of the results and conclusions.Results: The traditional method is used to measure the normal set of fetal left ventricular MPI: 0.513±0.057,PIH group of fetal left ventricular MPI: 0.553 ±-0.125;By using automatic measuring normal group of fetal left ventricular MPI: 0.521 ±0.041,PIH group of fetal left ventricular MPI: 0.578±0.123.Automatic method is used to obtain the PIH fetal left ventricular MPI is higher than normal fetal left ventricular MPI,two groups of fetal left ventricular MPI value comparison(P<0.05),statistically significant difference,and the normal group of two measuring methods for fetal left ventricular MPI and PIH fetal left ventricular MPI measurement results are basically the same,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions: The traditional method with measuring steps step by step,therefore in the process of checking for fetal position and heart structure,position requirements is low,so the application is wider,but because of its in measurement of step by step,the subjectivity of the various parameters of ultrasonic physician had a greater influence on the measurement results,so the traditional method requires ultrasound doctors need to have a richer experience its through systematic training;And automatic method because of the characteristic of the measuring process is simple and feasible,thus can greatly avoid check the physician's subjective effect,make the data obtained result is more reliable,therefore,the automatic method is worth popularizing in clinical,more easy to fetal cardiac function after further study.
