Meta Analysis Of The Effect Of Complete Left Bundle Branch Block On Patients With Cardiomyopathy

Objective: To evaluate the effect of complete left bundle branch block on patients with Cardiomyopathy,and provide evidence for early intervention to prevent or delay cardiovascular end events in patients with left bundle branch block.Methods: In Pub Med,EMbase,the Cochrane library,and ten thousand,China Hownet,WeiPu database retrieval published before March 2018 all about contrast with complete left bundle branch block Cardiomyopathy patients and the merger of complete left bundle branch block Cardiomyopathy patients disease associated with case-control studies and cohort studies,such as screening were retrospectively analyzed to test for the quality of literature evaluation,to extract the need of experimental data,and make the RevMan 5.3 version of the research data analysis software,more complete left bundle branch block Cardiomyopathy patients and unincorporated complete left bundle branch block,for all-cause mortality in patients with Cardiomyopathy readmission,ventricular arrhythmia,heart failure heart transplant related data and the composite end point events ?Results :eight studies were included,including 277 combined with left bundle branch block and 1095 unincorporated myocardium with left bundle branch block.Meta-analysis results suggest: Patients with cardiomyopathy with complete left bundle branch conduction block were compared with those with incomplete left bundle branch conduction block in patients with cardiomyopathy with increased internal diameter at the end of left ventricular diastole [MD =5.92,95%CI(3.43,8.41),P < 0.0001].At the end of left ventricular contraction,the inner diameter increased [MD =3.44,95%CI(1.87,5.02),P < 0.0001].Left ventricular ejection fraction decreased [MD =1.03,95%CI(0.21,1.85),P=0.01].The incidence of death outcomes increased [OR=8.46,95%CI(5.33,13.42),P < 0.00001].Conclusion:Relative to not cardiomyopathy patients with left bundle branch block,cardiomyopathy patients with left bundle branch block,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction is low,the mortality is high.However,a large number of clinical studies are needed to confirm the cardiovascular endpoint event.
