Objective To investigate the changes of liver function and the degree of liver damage, the reactivation of hepatitis B virus(HBV)in patients with HBV infection and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)after R-CHOP chemotherapy, and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of 447 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma from January 2010 to December 2016 in our hospital was carried out,of which 163 cases met the inclusion criteria. The patients were divided into two groups: the HBsAg group and the HBsAg group. The liver function damage and HBV reactivation in the two groups were analyzed, and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results HBsAg(+)group(45.1%)underwent R-CHOP after chemotherapy, the incidence of liver damage than HBsAg(-)group(32.1%)had no significant difference(?2=6.625,P=0.085),but the incidence of liver damage in III-IV group is higher,up to 21.7%,and were hepatitis B positive, mistress Yang the patients with.HBsAg(+)Group had 5 cases of activation of hepatitis B virus, and HBsAg(-)reactivation of hepatitis B virus group did not appear, there are significant differences of the different groups(P<0.05).Curative effect of two groups of patients and the total efficiency was no significant difference(P>0.05),but the rate of complete remission(CR)group was significantly lower than that of HBsAg(-)group,there was significant difference between two groups(?2=4.710,P=0.03).Conclusion HBsAg(+)patients with DLBCL are prone to severe liver damage after R-CHOP regimen chemotherapy and low complete remission rate in patients with HBV infection. It is suggested that the liver function and the replication of HBV should be monitored before and after chemotherapy, and antiviral treatment.
