Clinical Observation On The Surface Electromyography Of Lumbar Muscle Strain Treated With Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction

Objective: Clinical observation on the surface electromyography of lumbar muscle strain treated with Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,to verify the precision and theoretical science of the treatment of lumbar muscle strain with Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,to provide the basis for the development of clinical treatment plan.Method: In accordance with the standards of the test,88 cases of lumbar muscle strain were included(mainly for orthopedic outpatient and hospitalized patients),randomly divided into 2 groups,44 people in each group,the treatment group was given Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction(provided by pharmacy room of TCM Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region),one dose daily,two times a day,the control group was given oral compound chloramphenicol tablets,two tablets each time,three times daily oral,both groups were treated for 14 days,before and after treatment,both groups were measured in the resting state of the most obvious pain,the surface electromyography,the changes of clinical efficiency,TCM syndromes and NRS score were observed in the two groups.Result: Two groups of patients by statistical analysis,in the age,course and sex(P>0.05),It was indicated that the two groups were comparable in age,course and gender.There was no significant difference in the NRS score between the two groups(P>0.05)before treatment,It was suggested that the NRS score of the two groups had no difference before treatment,and was comparable,to analyze the NRS score of two groups of patients after treatment(P<0.05),It was suggested that Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction were more accurate in improving the patients’ waist pain symptom.The changes of RMS Max,MF,MPF,P>0.05,were not statistically significant in two groups of patients before the treatment,suggesting that the RMS maximum,MF and MPF were comparable before the treatment of the two groups of patients.After 14 days of treatment,Second,to measure the number of sEMG related indicators RMS maximum,the changes of MF and MPF were P>0.05,suggesting that the effect of Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and Lunan Bette on sEMG related index of lumbar muscle strain was not statistically significant,but the changes of sEMG related indexes were different before and after treatment in two groups(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,p<0.001,the results showed that both Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and the Lunan Bette could improve the s EMG correlation index RMS Max,MF and MPF.Two groups of patients with clinical efficiency of statistical analysis,the two groups of patients after treatment both effective,and the clinical effectiveness of Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction group is significantly better than the Lunan Bette group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);In the course of the test,patients did not appear nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,diarrhea and other gastrointestinal reaction and headache,dizziness,rash and other adverse reactions.Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar muscle strain by Jiawei Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,with reinforcing tendons is accurate,and can reduce the muscle tension of the patients with lumbar muscle strain.
