Therapeutic Effect Of Jieduhuaban Plaster In The Treatment Of Stationary Phase Plaque Psoriasis

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Jiedu Hua ban ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis at stationary stage.Methods: From September 2016 to March2018,30 patients with stationary phase plaque psoriasis in the Department of Dermatology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang University were collected.After the consent of the patients,the Compound Flumetasone Ointment and detoxification ointment were used in the different parts of the same patient,and the morphological changes of the skin lesions were observed 2.The changes of Erythema,Infiltration and Desquamation of skin lesions in weeks and 4 weeks were studied to understand the skin irritation and clinical efficacy of Jiedu zanban ointment.Results:There were no allergic reactions in the skin of27 patients.According to the analysis of variance,we can see that Compound Flumetasone Ointment and detoxification ointment are used for the treatment of plaque type psoriasis at rest,and there are significant differences in the changes of Erythema,Infiltration and Desquamation(p<0.05).Conclusion: There is no adverse reaction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis at stationary stage.The Jiedu zanban ointment has certain curative effect on the skin lesions of plaque psoriasis.
