Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the adaptation OSSIQ in measuring the life quality of the populations with different types of subjective skin.Understand the status quo of human subjective skin types and risk factors that affect skin health issues. To explore the present situation and difference of life quality of different subjective skin types. Methods:A stratified samplings strategy was adopted to select 137 college students, workers, personnel of institutions aged 18-60 years. The reliability and validity of adaptation OSSIQ questionnaire were evealuated using internal consistency validity, split half reliability, construct validity.A total of 1,942 interviewees were collected by adapting OSSIQ and self-made questionnaire.Among them,1190 undergraduates,397workers and 355 institutions.Self-made questionnaire including general demographic information(gender, age, occupation, etc.),subjective skin type and subjective skin problems, smoking, drinking, eating, etc.Descriptive analysis of continuity data using mean and standard deviation or median, and descriptive analysis of count data using frequency and composition ratio.T test or variance analysis was used to compare the differences between the groups. The chi-square test was used to compare the differences between the groups.Multivariate analysis was carried out on the variables of P<0.05 in the single factor analysis.P<0.05 was considered as the boundary value with statistical difference.Results:1.The adaptation OSSIQ questionnaire had a Cronbach,s?efficient of 0.924and 0.902;split half reliability:the Spearman coefficient before and after were skin care 0.877 and the Guttman Split-Half coefficients respectively 0.876 and 0.874.Contentvalidity:the Item-scale correlation coefficients exceed 0.5(P<0.001).Satisfactory(100%)convergent validity and discriminant validity were found. The contract validity was checked by factor analysis:after quartimax rotation, the researcher extracted the factors by the default principle of eigenvalue>1.The load factor value belonged to high level(more than or equal to 0.6)by factor analysis.2.Among the total population, the maximum number of oily skin types was 688(35.43%).Male oily skin types were predominantly 462(48.48%),and females were dominated by mixed skin types of 307(31.04%).Subjective skin types were differently distributed among the sexes(?~2=168.496,P<0.001).Among the three populations,466(39.16%)and 119(33.52%)of the oily skin types in college students and institutions were higher than other skin types, and 115(28.79%)of dry skin workers were higher than those of other skin types.Subjective skin types are distributed differently among university students, workers, and institutions(?~2=86.540,P<0.001).3.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of factors influencing factors of different subjective skin types. In oily skin type:men, sensitive to environmental factors(seasonal, climate, temperature, humidity, etc.)were 2.439 times more likely to have oily skin types(OR=2.439,95%CI:1.854~3.209),1.369 times(OR=1.369,95%CI:1.061~1.766);extroverts,the risk of dietary pattern were 0.699 times more likely to be oily skin types(OR=0.699,95%CI:0.545~0.896),0.732 times that of oily skin type(OR=0.732,95%CI:0.546~0.981);no subjective skin problem is the risk of oily type is 0.148 times(OR=0.148,95%CI:0.074~0.297),those with one or two subjective skin problems were 0.555 times more likely to be oily(OR=0.555,95%CI:0.391~0.788).In the dry skin type:Men had a risk of 0.681 times the dry skin type compared with women(OR=0.681,95%CI:0.490~0.947);the risk degree of college students with dry skin type was 0.592 times compared with that of enterprises and institutions(OR=0.592,95%CI:0.363~0.964);the risk for those who are sensitive to environmental factors(seasonal, climate, temperature, humidity, etc.)a dry skin type is 1.497 times(OR=1.497,95%CI:1.107~2.024);no subjective skin problem is the risk of oily type is 0.432 times(OR=0.432,95%CI:0.203~0.916),those with one or two subjects with subjective skin problems were 0.590 times more likely to have a dry skin type(OR=0.590,95%CI:0.389~0.895).In mixed skin types:The risk of males with mixed skin types was 0.510 times(OR=0.510,95%CI:0.375~0.693);the risk of workers with mixed skin type was1.781 times(OR=1.781,95%CI:1.042~3.044);the risk for those who are sensitive to the mixed skin type is 1.522 times(OR=1.522,95%CI:1.147~2.019);those who regularly consumed irritating drinks were mixed skin types with a risk ratio of 1.632times(OR=1.632,95%CI:1.212~2.198);no subjective skin problem is the risk of oily type is 0.194 times(OR=0.194,95%CI:0.093~0.403),those with one or two subjective skin problems were 0.334 times more likely to be mixed types(OR=0.334,95%CI:0.233~0.477).4.The quality of life of skin type of the total population was 29.48±12.64;Among the three population classifications, the subjective skin type quality of life scores of college students were 30.31±10.94 significantly higher than those of workers 29.45±7.60 and those of institutions 26.75±10.80,F=10.910,P<0.001;Among the subjective skin types, the quality of life of oily skin types 30.80±11.87was significantly higher than that of other skin types(F=8.186,P<0.001).Analysis of the impact of subjective skin on the quality of life of the surveyed population:The score of oily skin group 30.80±11.87 was significantly higher than that of other skin types(F=8.186,P<0.001);Among the undergraduates, the oily skin group scored the highest 32.08±11.57,which was significantly higher than other skin types(F=12.067,P<0.001);in the workers group, the dry skin group scored32.25±19.60)Significantly higher than other skin types of quality of life scores(F=1.855,P=0.137);among enterprises and institutions staff, mixed skin group scores29.30±9.98 were significantly higher than other skin types of quality of life scores(F=5.078,P=0.002).Conclusion:1.Adaptation OSSIQ questionnaire has good reliability and validity for the evaluation of life quality of the population with different types of skin.It can be used to evaluate the influence of different types of skin in the quality of life.2.In the survey population, mainly oily skin types were used.Among genders, men were mainly oily skin, and women were mainly mixed skin.Among the three populations, students of university students and enterprises and institutions were mainly oily skin types.,workers are mainly based on dry skin types.3.Men,college students, irregular diet, and introverted personality are risk factors for oily skin types;workers, weekly meat eating, weekly and irritant drinks greater than 3 times are risk factors for mixed skin types. There are three common risk factors for subjective skin, which are sensitive to environmental factors(season, climate, temperature and humidity change),and subjective skin problems of 3 or more.4.Oily skin type had the greatest influence on the quality of life of the subjects'subjective skin, and the greatest influence on college students. The working population is the dry skin type.Enterprises and institutions are mixed skin types.
