Construction Of Evaluation Indexes Of Competency Assessment For PICC Specialized Nurses

Objective:On the basis of literature review,theoretical analysis and expert inquiry,this study builds the evaluation index for the competency of PICC nurses,in order to make effective guidance for the training,certification,appointment,management and personal career development planning of PICC specialist nurses,and to improve the quality of PICC nursing,thus improving the patient satisfaction,and formulating PICC nursing industry standards provide reference.Methods:1.Literature review: Two aspects of PICC specialist nurses' ability evaluation and competency evaluation of specialist nurses were searched through literature review.According to the laws and regulations,training objectives of PICC specialist nurses in China,nurses' ability,core competence and related abilities stipulated by foreign nurses and medical associations,the position competence and so on,we grasp the research status and development trend of PICC professional nurse post competency,extract the entry pool of PICC specialist nurse's post competency evaluation index,and use ROST software to screen out the entries of the number of more than 5 of the literature.2.Theory analysis method: On the basis of competency theory,post matching theory,role theory,PICC nurse core competence evaluation system and so on,combined with the development status and medical environment of our country,the index is analyzed,collated and summed up to form the first draft of the evaluation system for the competency of PICC specialist nurses.3.Delplli expert inquiry: the first draft of the evaluation index for the competency of PICC specialist nurses was revised and perfected the evaluation indexes of the competency of PICC nurses,and calculated the weight assignment of various purposes after 2 rounds of experts' correspondence.Results:1.The authoritative coefficient of expert consultation was 0.889,the coefficient of judgment was 0.973,the degree of familiarity was 0.973.The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.232,0.296,chi square test and P<0.001,with statistical significance.2.Determining the weights of indicators at all levels helps to compare the importance of each indicator.The first grade index weight 0.219~0.247,the coordination coefficient 0.207,the two level index weight 0.0628~0.1196,the coordination coefficient 0.209,the three grade index weight 0.0081~0.1750,the coordination coefficient 0.285,the chi square test,P<O.001,has statistical significance.Conclusion:This study constructs the evaluation index system of the competency of PICC nurses,which includes 5 first grade indexes,12 two grade indexes and 68 three grade indexes,which have good scientific practicality.
