Medical Liability Insurance In Gansu Province To Resolve The Dispute Between Doctors And Patients

In recent years,medical accidents in our country have become more and more frequent.The fierce contradiction between doctors and patients has become the focus of attention of all walks of life,because the personal safety of personnel is threatened in increasing medical disputes.Under the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients,not only is it not conducive to improving the quality of medical services in China,but it is also difficult to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of patients.The Ministry of Health and Family Planning,the Central Propaganda Department,and the Ministry of Public Health,together with the Department of Public Security,jointly issued the“Opinions on Launching Safe Hospital Activities,” striving to solve the severe conflicts between doctors and patients as soon as possible and create a good medical environment.In the current process of reforming the health care system,many departments have begun to build "safety hospitals." Since then,all major hospitals in the country have started the construction of "safe hospitals." Therefore,the current development of "safety hospitals" is of great historical and practical significance.In order to establish a sound medical institution’s public security prevention and control system as soon as possible,relying on the national scientificoutlook on development,solving all kinds of doctor-patient disputes as soon as possible,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of hospitals and patients,and creating a good medical environment will be conducive to the promotion of China’s medical and health undertakings.The coordinated development.In the construction of spiritual civilization,it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between doctors and patients,maintain a good medical service order,and will be able to promote the healthy development of the hospital.In this context,medical liability insurance is an effective tool for risk transfer and it is necessary to coordinate the conflicts between doctors and patients.After further analyzing the development status of medical liability insurance in Gansu Province,this paper analyzes the current challenges and opportunities for medical liability insurance and explores new ideas for sustainable development.This article first discusses the research background and research significance of the topic,and elaborates and evaluates the topic’s domestic and foreign literature.Second,this article discusses the related theories of medical liability insurance,including medical responsibility risk,medical liability risk management and medical liability insurance related content,and analyzes the significance and role of the development of medical liability insurance.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of doctor-patient contradiction in medical liability insurance in Gansu Province.This article will count the occurrence ofmedical disputes in Gansu Province from 2012 to 2016,and on this basis will analyze the cases of medical liability insurance in Gansu Province.Summarize the problems facing the medical liability insurance market in Gansu Province.Finally,Gansu Provincial Medical Liability Insurance was proposed in five aspects: strengthening insurance protection from relevant government departments;using services of third parties;improving medical liability insurance products;establishing compulsory medical liability insurance system and establishing a unified medical dispute mediation mechanism.In order to resolve hospital disputes,I hope that the research and discussion in this paper can provide reference for the application of medical liability insurance in Gansu Province to solve the contradictions between doctors and patients.
