The socialized reform of hospital logistics in China started late and faces problems in spite of its rapid development.With the growth of China’s health care,interested parties,i.e.,the government,the hospital and the society should work together.The cause of health care will surely make progress led by the government,together with breakthrough by the hospital and support from the society.As the most effective support of the health care,the socialized reform of hospital logistics is a trend.Questions include how to reform,what development model to adopt and how to achieve practical results from theories in the new era.This paper studies existing problems of socialized reform of public hospital logistics in China and analyzed them from the perspective of public administration to draw out feasible countermeasures.This research focuses on Hospital R in Suzhou and uses governance theory in public administration,as well as literature research and questionnaires to analyze current situation in Hospital R.The following problems are concluded concerning socialized reform of public hospital: 1.the reform process is slow;2.the comprehensive quality of outsourced staff is unsatisfactory;3.the satisfaction level of logistics in hospital is low;4.the administration do not have enough emphasis on the reform.The corresponding reasons are: 1.the awareness of socialized reform of public hospital is not clear;2.the mechanism of outsourcing company is not complete;3.the experience of socialized administration is not sufficient;4.the examination system of all levels are incomplete and countermeasures are given from aspects of the government,the hospital itself and social support.
