Research BackgroundThe principle of informed consent has been highly respected as an embodiment of respect for autonomy in medical ethics since its creation. However, under the influence of the traditional Confucian concept on "family" and medical paternalism, its cultural sensitivity is prominently demonstrated at the operational level. In clinical practice, the conflict between doctors and patients caused by operation acknowledgement has increased gradually, what's worse, the case of Yunli Li in 2007 brought attention to operation acknowledgement to a climax. Therefore, under the background of our country's culture and the actual medical environment, how to improve operation acknowledgement and promote harmony between doctors and patients has become the focus of hospital administrators and the medical ethics community. To inprove the effect of doctor-patient communication and the humanistic characteristics of hospital management.Research ObjectivesTo provide advice for the improvement of operation acknowledgement and the effect of communication between doctors and patients through investigating the current status of operation acknowledgement on minimally invasive treatment in internal medicine and proposing concrete measures by comparing its advantages and disadvantages.Research MethodsThis research mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method to conduct research.First, design the survey questionnaires through field investigations and expert consultations.Secondly, collecting the data on cardiovascular physicians and general patients who have undergone cardiac catheterization in a Class A hospital in Guangzhou. Finally,a statistical analysis is performed.Research resultIn this survey,200 questionnaires were sent out, with an effective rate of 92.8%;80 doctors' questionnaires with an effective rate of 93.4%.Patient Questionnaire?.There is still a gap between the practice and theoretical requirement of operation acknowledgement for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, which is mainly manifested in the understanding of surgeons, alternatives, and informant.?.The evaluation of patients on satisfaction, importance and willingness of participation in the operation acknowledgement of cardiac catheterization is generally high;and the evaluation of satisfaction and importance of the diagnosis, examination methods, surgical risk effects and respect for patients is clearly higher than those of surgeon, alternatives, time of notification, location, etc;?.The willingness of the patients to participate in the program is related to the actual ways in which they can participate and their personal circumstances; The general demographic data and related influencing factors listed in this study have a certain impact on patient evaluation, but the specific influencing factors between different items are also different. The most prominent factor was the patient's previous medical accident and unpleasant medical experience.Patients with unpleasant medical experience experienced lower satisfaction higher importance, and lower overall willingness to participate in operation acknowledgement.Doctor questionnaire results?.The doctor's actual understanding of the status of operation acknowledgement is basically consistent with the theoretical requirements of operation acknowledgement;?.The evaluation of doctors on the importance of operation acknowledgement is high while their evaluation of patient participation is medium. The evaluation of the importance of surgical alternatives, surgeons, time of notification, and the location is significantly lower than other aspects.?.The general demographic data and related influencing factors listed in this study have a certain influence on patient evaluation, but the specific influence factors between different items are also different.Whether or not there have been medical disputes has a relatively large impact on the evaluation of doctors.Comparative analysis results?.There is a certain difference between the doctor's cognition and the patient's experience, which is mainly reflected in the content of the notification, the place of notification and the manner of notification;?.In terms of understanding the importance of operation acknowledgement, neither doctors nor patients have statistically significant differences in informing the disease diagnosis and condition, informing inspections and surgical plans, informing the results of the surgery and informing the medical expenses while there is a certain difference between the doctors and the patients in other aspects. In the evaluation of patients' participation, there is a significant difference between the patient's willingness to participate and the patient's perceived participation. Conclusions and recommendationsConclusions:I.The satisfaction rate of operation acknowledgement in catheterization of heart catheterization is high;?.There is a certain difference between the doctors and the patients in the recognition of operation acknowledgement which is mainly reflected in the gap between subjective cognition of doctors and the objective experience of patients.Basic consensus has been reached, but there are still some differences in specific details;?.There is a gap between the patient's willingness to participate and the actual participation that the doctor perceives;?.Basic information has a certain impact on the evaluation of the various factors affecting doctors and patients, but according to the different items, influencing factors are also different.Besides, unpleasant medical experience has a great impact on patient evaluation, while the experience of medical disputes has a great impact on doctor evaluation.Recommendations:?.The implementation of operation acknowledgement should be consistent with a specific disease;?.Improve the approach to operation acknowledgement in various ways and increase the degree of attention in the notification process. What's more, improve the patient's participation by allowing patients to participate and operate;?.Pay attention to the important influencing factors affecting both doctors and patients;?.Changing the concept of patients and strengthening the participation of patients;?.Improve the effect of operation acknowledgement with the joint efforts of all the staff of hospitals and public education departments.
