Objective:he inherent law and connection between the clinical manifestations of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and the factors leading to deformity are still lacking a large number of data and experimental studies. With the continuous development of Chinese medical technology and the continuous improvement of medical workers'understanding of scoliosis, the clinic needs to be more comprehensive.Data of the parameters of the scoliosis. The morphological features of the vertebral body in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients were measured and the sex, age.Risser sign,King typing, apical rotation angle and Cobb angle were collected to investigate the morphological changes of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae in the patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the analysis of the angle of Cobb and the sex, age, and Risse of the patients. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between R sign,King classification and vertebrospinal rotation angle. The purpose of this study is to supplement the data of the vertebral body shape of the patients with scoliosis in China, and provide the basis for the diagnosis, early prevention and intervention and surgical treatment of the patients with scoliosis in our country.Methods:144 cases of 10-18 year old adolescent idiopathic scoliosis were selected from January 2015 to September-2017,including 35 males and 109 females. The CT imaging system and EBW workstation were used in our hospital to collect and measure the concave and convex pedicle diameter of the 2448 thoracolumbar vertebral bodies, the anterior and posterior vertebral height of the vertebral body, the anterior and posterior diameter of the vertebral body, and the transverse diameter of the vertebral body of 144 patients. At the same time, the degree of rotation of the apical vertebrae was measured by the RAml angle of the apical vertebrae of the patients by the three-dimensional reconstruction technique of CT.The Cobb angle of the main bending of the patient was measured on the total position of the spine and the King classification of the idiopathic scoliosis was carried out on the X-ray feature. The patient's Risser sign was measured on the pelvis and the age of the patient was recorded. The SPSS statistical software 20 system was used to analyze the vertebral morphological changes and differences between male and female patients by paired sample t test.At the same time,Spielman(Spearman)grade correlation analysis and linear regression method were used to study the Cobb angle of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients and their age,sex and King scores.Correlation and correlation between type,Risser sign and vertebrospinal rotation degree.Results:1.vertebral morphology:the height of the anterior and posterior margin of the T4-L3 vertebral body increased in turn, and the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body was higher than the posterior margin of the vertebral body. There was no significant difference in the height of the anterior and posterior edge of the vertebral body of T1-T3 and L4-L5.There was no statistical significance in P>0.05,but the anterior and posterior diameter of the vertebral body of T1-T10 was smaller than the transverse diameter of the vertebral body. The diameter of the anterior and posterior vertebrae was larger than the transverse diameter of the vertebral body, and the diameter of the vertebral body was larger than the transverse diameter of the vertebral body, and P was smaller than that of the vertebral body.In 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, and the central and posterior diameter of the vertebral body T1-T6 and T9-L3 were increasing in turn, and the central transverse diameter of the vertebral body,T7-T10 and L1-L5 were increasing in turn.Vertebral pedicle diameter:except for L1,the concave side of the pedicle diameter of the AIS patients is less than the convex side, but the diameter of the pedicle of the concave and convex sides of the male and female is distinctly different. The diameter of the concave and convex pedicle of the pedicle in both men is greater than that of the female P<0.05),which is statistically significant. In general, the narrowest part of the pedicle of the pedicle of the AIS patient is the main set.In T4,the narrowest side of the convex side is mainly concentrated in T3,while the narrowest part of the concave and convex side of the pedicle of the male AIS is mainly concentrated in T5,and the narrowest part of the concave and convex side of the pedicle of the female AIS is mainly concentrated in the T6.2.in the range of Cobb angle of 28-115 degrees:the Cobb angle of AIS patients was not related to their sex and King typing(P>0.05),and there was a significant internal relationship between the Cobb angle and age,Risser and the degree of rotation of the apical vertebrae(P<0.05),and the regression coefficients of the three were significantly greater than 0,Cobb angle and age,the rotations of the apex vertebrae and Risser. The regression coefficients B were 1.355,0.178 and 4.712 respectively, and the R square was 0.028,0.701 and 0.045 respectively, indicating that in the Cobb angle of 28-115 degrees, the age of AIS patients increased by 1.355 degrees per year and Cobb angle increased, and Cobb angle increased by 4.712 degrees, while Cobb angle increased by 1 degrees, and the corresponding angle of rotation of the top vertebra increased 0..178 degrees, among the causes of Cobb angle abnormalities in AIS patients, age and Risser sign accounted for 2.8%,4.5%respectively,and the cause of the rotation of the apex was 70.1%,and the rotation of the apex was mainly caused by the Cobb angle changes in the AIS patients.Conclusions:1,vertebral morphology:the height of the anterior and posterior edge of the T4-L3 vertebral body is increasing in turn, and the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body is higher than the posterior edge of the vertebral body. The central and posterior diameter of the vertebral body T1-T6 and T9-L3 are increasing in turn, while the central transverse diameter of the vertebral body is T7-T10 and L1-L5 in turn. The vertebral arch diameter of the vertebral body, except L1,the vertebral arch of AIS patients. The concave side of the root diameter was less than the convex side, and the diameter of the pedicle of the concave and convex side of the male and female was distinctly different. In general, the narrowest part of the concave side of the pedicle of the AIS patient was mainly concentrated in T4,and the narrowest part of the convex side was mainly concentrated in T3,while the narrowest part of the concave and convex side of the pedicle of the male AIS was mainly concentrated in T5,and the pedicle concave of the female AIS patients. The narrowest side of the convex side is mainly concentrated in T6.2.in the range of Cobb angle of 28-115 degrees:there is no significant correlation between the King typing of AIS patients and their sex, age,Cobb angle and Risser sign. There is a significant correlation and linear relationship between the Cobb angle and the age of AIS patients,Risser sign and the rotation angle of the apex vertebrae. The age of AIS patients increases each year, and the Cobb angle increases.Plus 1.355 degrees;Risser sign increased by 4.712 degrees per increase, while the Cobb angle increased by 1 degrees per Cobb, and the corresponding rotation angle of the top vertebra increased by 0.178 degrees.
