A Study Of The Correlation Of Unknown Repeated Implantation Failure And The Endometrial CD38 And CD138 Expression And The Correlation Factors

Objective:1.To investigate the relevance between the repeated implantation failure(RIF)and the expressions endometrial CD38.CD138 using a retrospective analysis;2.To investigate the correlative factors on positive expressions of CD38 and CD138,and the correlative factors on the RIF.Materials and Methods:1.To retrospectively analyze infertility cases which had accepted In Vitro Fertilization(IVT-ET)/Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI-ET)treatment in the Department of Reproduction,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,from the January to the December of 2017.Based on the included and excluded criteria these are put into two groups,and the repeated implantation failure group contains 72 cases.There are 41 cases having successful pregnancy within the first period after IVT-ET treatment.All patients had taken hysteroscopy examine and endometrium biopsy,using immunohistochemically staining of CD38 and CD138 on endometrium analysis.2.To study clinical material of the subject group of repeated implantation failure and the control group for applying binary logistic analysis on the positive expression of CD38 and CD 138,and potential factors relating to repeated implantation failure.3.Using SSPS 17.0 to do statistical analysis:to compare the expression conditions of CD38 and CD 138 between the repeated implantation failure group and the control group;to locate differences on the CD38 and CD138 positive expression rate and the cell expression amount in repeated implantation failure patients;to analyze factors related with positive expressions of CD38 and CD 138,and repeated implantation failure.Results:1.all positive expression rates of RIF group on CD38,CD138,and/or the above exceed the control group(P<0.05);2.The cell expression amounts of CD38 and CD 138 in case of more than three times implantation failure are higher than that in the twice failure case(P<0.05);3.The binary Logistic an alysis illustrates:abortion(P=0.019,OR=7.024,95%CI0.916-9.907)are the cor relative factors of positive expression,while ectopic pregnancyis(P=0.048,OR=0.189,95%CI0.036-0.985)the protective factors.chronic endometrial(P=0.028950%CI1.161-14.558)、High-quality embryos(P=0.01,OR=1.859,95%CI1.157-2.988)、High-quality embryos transfer(P=0.000,OR=0.137,95%CI0.054-0.349)are relative factors of RIF.Conclusion:1.There exists a correlation between the endometrial CD38 and CD38 positive expressions and RIF;2.The higher the frequency of RIF,the higher the positive expression rate;3.abortion are the relative factors of CE;CE、high quality embriyos、High-quality embryos transfer are the relative factors of RIF.
