Objective:Comparing with Fractional flow reserve and Coronary angiography g uideing patients with coronary borderline lesions assesses their prognoses by M etabolic equivalent.Meanwhile this research verifies its superiority and selectingt the accurate cut-off value to promote this technology in Yunnan province. Methods:Chosing the patients with borderline lesions through coronary angiography who accepted FFR to guide PCI in the Cardiology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from September 2014 to December 2017.There were 45 cases with 60 vessels were registered, which were divided into two groups, one was FFR group, and the other was the CAG group..FFR group was divided into FFR PCI group and FFR medical group according to FFR<0.8 or FFR?0.8.CAG group was divided into CAG PCI group and CAG medical group according to the two senior and veteran doctors' judging on the clinical symptoms of the patients.Observed the major adverse cardiovascular events and the catabatic level of angina in 1,3,6,12months after operation by clinical or telephone follow-up.Meanwhile to acquired their Metabolic equivalents, these patients with borderline lesions to have check-up of exercise treadmill test 12 months after hospital discharge.Eventually, experimental data were statistically analyzed. Results:FFR PCI group contained 7 cases with 11 vessels;FFR medical group contained 13 cases with 17 vessels;CAG PCI group contained 1 7 cases with 22vessels;CAG medical group contained 8 cases with 10 vessels. When intravenous dripped ATP chosen median cubital vein for injection during FFR,the patients with coronary borderline lesions in FFR PCI group all revealing chest tightness and palptation recovered subsequently, including 2 patients with facial flush, until the end of intravenous dripped ATP.When intravenous dripped ATP during FFR,the patients with coronary borderline lesions in FFR medical group all presenting chest tightness and palptation recovered subsequently including 5 patients with facial flush, until the end of intravenous dripped ATP.All patients don't reveal the malignant arrhythmias(atrial fibrillation,AVB).There was no patients appearing major adverse cardiovascular events and the angina remission rate of FFR PCI group and FFR medical group was 100.0%and 92.3%respectively,but angina remission rate of CAG PCI group and CAG medical group was 100.0%and 62.5%respectively and FFR group was superior to CAG group(P<0.05)in the aspect of angina remission during the mean observational time,12.76± 1.5 months. The number of FFR PCI group whose mean METs was more than '8',whose mean METs was between'5'and '8',and whose mean METs was less than '5' accounted for 85.7%,14.3%and 0%respectively.The number of FFR medical group whose mean METs was more than '8',whose mean METs was between'5'and '8',and whose mean METs was less than '5' accounted for 84.6%,7.7%and 7.7%respectively.The number of CAG PCI group whose mean METs was more than '8',whose mean METs was between'5'and '8',and whose mean METs was less than '5' accounted for 82.4%,17.6%and 0%respectively.The number of CAG medical group whose mean METs was more than '8',whose mean METs was between'5'and '8',and whose mean METs was less than '5' accounted for 62.5%,25.0%and 12.5%respectively.FFR group was superior to CAG group(P<0.05)in the aspect of METs.There was no significant difference between FFR medical group and CAG group(P<0.05)in the aspect of METs.FFR medical group was superior to CAG medical group(P<0.05)in the aspect of METsConclusions:1.The prognoses of patients with coronary borderline lesions is more superior than that of CAG Under the guidance of FFR which was recommended to guide the treatment of coronary borderline lesions.2."0.80",was recommended to the cut-off value of therapy.3.FFR detection technology is relatively safe.4.The patients with coronary borderline lesions are recommended to Exercise treadmill test to observe them and assess their prognoses.
