Effect Of Yangyin Runmu Pills On The Expression Of Caspase-3、6 In Conjunctival Epithelial Cells In A Rat Model Of Dry Eye

Objective: To study the influence of Yangyin Runmu Pills on the influence of caspase3、6 in conjunctival epithelial cells of dry eye model rats.Methods:Fifty Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group(A),control group(B),model group(C),Yangyin Runmu Pills group(D),Qiju Dihuang pill group(E),10 in each group.In addition to the normal group and control group adopts castration method to make dry eye model.Building a week after a successful start to fill the stomach medication,respectively.After one month,to detect tear secretion test(SIT)and appears burst time(BUT)detection,caspase3、6phosphorus acylation of conjunctival epithelial cells of rats by Western Blot method.Results: compared with model group,Yangyin Runmu Pills group BUT significantly extended,SIT significantly increased;Yangyin Runmu Pills can significantly reduce the conjunctival epithelial cells in the caspase3、6,the expression of caspase3、6,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Yangyin Runmu Pills can effectively improve the symptoms of ocular surface,increase the quantity of tear secretion,prolong appears broken,caspase3、6 acetylation,the expression of caspase3、6.Tip the pathogenesis of dry eye associated with inflammation and caspase3、6signal pathway,Yangyin Runmu Pills in the treatment of dry eye has a broad application prospect.
