ObjectiveTo observe the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysm.Methods60 patients with ASA physical status ? to ? scheduled for interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysm were randomly divided into intodexmedetomidine?DS?group and sufentanil?S?group with 30 each.Group DS received sufentanil 1.5 ? g · kg-1,dexmedetomidine 2.0 ? g · kg-1and ramosetron hydrochloride 0.3 mg.Group S received sufentanil 2 ?g·kg-1 and ramosetron hydrochloride 0.3 mg.Drugs of both groups were dissolved in saline 100 m L,background infusion of 2 m L·h-1,controlled dose of 0.5 m L pertime, and the lockout time was 15 min.Visual analog scale?VAS?score after surgery at 2 h,4 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,were recorded,as well as the number of adverse reactions including nausea, vomiting, chills and itching.ResultsVAS score of all postoperative pain points in both groups was less than 4 points, and VAS score of S group at T2-T5 was significantly higher than that of DS group?Pa<0.05?,and the incidence rate of nausea and vomiting, cold war and skin itching of S group was higher than that of DS group?Pb<0.05?.Conclusion1.Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for postoperative analgesia after the interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms under general anesthesia can effectively reduce the number of postoperative complications and make the patients more comfortable after the operation.2.The analgesic effect of proper dose of right dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil for postoperative analgesia after the interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms under general anesthesia is better than that of sufentanil alone.
