This paper selects the natural Chinese herbal medicine Phyllanthus emblica as the raw material,extractss its effective active constituents through water extractsion,determines the main components of the extracts of Phyllanthus emblica extracts by ultraviolet full-wavelength absorption peak,and obtains the dry powder of the extracts of Phyllanthus emblica extracts by the vacuum drying method.Caenorhabditis elegans was used as a model to evaluate the anti-oxidation effect of Phyllanthus emblica extracts by measuring physiological parameters of nematodes and oxidation stress resistance test in vitro.In this dissertation,the water extracts was used to extracts the active components of Phyllanthus emblica powder and qualitatively identify the components of Phyllanthus emblica water extracts.The main active component of Phyllanthus emblica extracts was identified as flavonoids,and Phyllanthus emblica extracts was obtained by drying under reduced pressure.Phyllanthus emblica extracts dry powder qualities 3.9 g,and the extractsion efficiency achieves 39%.The wild type Caenorhabditis elegans N2 was cultured by solid culture method,and the anti-aging effect of Phyllanthus emblica extracts was evaluated by measuring the physiological indicators of nematodes.In the experiment of fecundity and mobile ability of C.elegans,1 mg/mL of Phyllanthus emblica extracts significantly elevates reproduction ability and locomotor ability of nematodes;in the life test,1 mg/mL P.emblica emblica extracts could significantly enhance nematodes’ survival rate and extend nematode life.The anti-aging effect of Phyllanthus emblica extracts was further explored through the resistance experiment.In the oxidative injury resistance experiment and heat shock injury resistance test,the survival rate of nematodes was significantly increased in the 1 mg/mL Phyllanthus emblic extracts compared with the blank group,indicating that the extracts of Phyllanthus emblica extracts has a good anti-stress injury protection;In the SOD express detection experiment,1 mg/mL of Phyllanthus emblica extracts could significantly promote the expression of SOD in the nematode,suggesting that the anti-aging effect of Phyllanthus emblica extracts on the nematodes may be related to the content of SOD.In summary,the paper explores the effect of Phyllanthus emblica extracts on the life cycle of Caenorhabditis elegans and evaluates the anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects of Phyllanthus emblica extracts,providing experimental basis for antioxidant research of Phyllanthus emblica.
