The prevalence of hypertension in China is increasing and getting younger year by year.The situation of prevention and treatment for hypertension in our country is very serious.Prehypertension is a transitional state between healthy blood pressure and hypertension.At present,there are a large number of prehypertension population in China.Lacks of medical resources and attention to their own blood pressure make many prehypertensive people become hypertensive patients.In view of the above problems,it is very important and necessary to develop a set of noninvasive detection system for prehypertension.We studied the biomedical theory required by this system and gave the methods used to collect the relevant physiological parameters.By researching the deep learning theory,a risk prediction model of prehypertension based on deep belief network was proposed.Combined with the application of technologies such as Qt,Web,Android,database and cloud computing,we designed the noninvasive detection and analysis system for prehypertension.This paper introduces the noninvasive detection system from three aspects: noninvasive detection equipment,server platform,and user client.The hardware of noninvasive detection equipment is composed of Exynos 4412 development platform and physiological signal acquisition sensors.The equipment uses Linux and Qt as its software layer.Noninvasive detection device synchronously detects physiological signals such as pulse wave,ECG,heart sound,blood oxygen saturation and so on,and sends the measurement results to the server platform in real time through the self-established communication protocol.The server platform uses "Struts + Spring + Hibernate + My SQL" as its software framework and MQTT protocol as its message push system.By designing Android client,the user experience of the system can furtherly improve.This system has characteristics of integration and intelligence.It has initially achieved functional requirements such as noninvasive acquisition,data transmission and storage,risk prediction,Android applications and so on.This system has great significances in the early prevention of hypertension and the reduction of medical costs.
